HUBUNGAN ANTARA KECEMASAN MENGHADAPI PENSIUN DENGAN SEMANGAT KERJA PADA PEGAWAI PT. POS INDONESIA (PERSERO) KANTOR PUSAT SURABAYA

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menguji hubungan antara kecemasan menghadapi pensiun dengan semangat kerja pada pegawai PT. Pos Indonesia (Persero) Kantor Pusat Surabaya.Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian populasi.Subjek penelitian adalah semua pegawai PT. Pos Indonesia (Persero) Kantor Pusat Surabaya Selatan yang akan memasuki cuti besar dengan usia pegawai antara 50-54 tahun, dan mereka akan pensiun dalam kurun waktu 2-6 tahun lagi. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kuantitatif yang menggunakan subjek penelitian sebanyak 22orang. Hasil analisis korelasi "Spearman Ranked-Order" r = 0,792 dan tingkat signifikansi sebesar 0,000 (p < 0,05). Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa ada hubungan antara dua variabel.Kesimpulan daripenelitian ini adalah bahwa ada hubungan antara kecemasan menghadapi pensiun dengan semangat kerja pada pegawai PT. Pos Indonesia (Persero) Kantor Pusat Surabaya.

Abstract 

The purpose of this research is to examine the correlation between the anxiety of facing the retired time with the work spirit ofthe employee of PT. Pos Indonesia (Persero), Surabaya Central Office. This research includes population research. The subject of this research is all the employees of PT. Pos Indonesia (Persero), South Surabaya Central Office who will face the furlough, the age between 50-54 years old and they will face the retired time about next 2 – 6 years. This research use quantitative method and the data taken from 22 people. The result of the analysis correlation “Spearman Ranked-Order” r = 0,792 and the significant degree is 0,000 (p < 0,05). It shows that there is a correlation between two variables and it can be concluded that there is acorrelation between the anxiety of facing the retired time with the work spirit ofthe employee of PT. Pos Indonesia (Persero), Surabaya Central Office.
