Abstract

This thesis discusses about the illocutionary force in horoscopes in site of Bild.de (Edition: Ihr Horoscope vom 5. September 2012 bis 19. September 2012) as a data source. The purpose of this study is to find illocutionary force in the horoscope. The result of the study shows the illocutionary that appears in the horoscope is Verdiktif, Eksersitif, commissive, Behabitif, and Ekspositif.
