PENERAPAN MODEL PEMBELAJARAN KOOPERATIF TIPE STAD DENGAN STRATEGI PENDEKATAN SETS PADA MATERI PEMANTULAN CAHAYA DI KELAS VIII SMP NEGERI 2 WRINGINANOM

Abstract

The goals of this research to describe learning activity using cooperative type STAD learning model with SETS approach strategy, student result (consist of cognitive, affective and psicomotoric) and student response. Type of this research is descriptive research, with research instrument consist of  observation sheets learning activity, question posttest, observation sheet psikomotor, observation sheet affective and angket student response. The technique of using quantitative analysis of data descriptive by respondent is class VIII-B  some 37 students and class VIII-C  some 36 students. The results of observations indicated that score learning activity teacher  for  class VIII B is 3,37 ( very good) and for class VIII-C is 3,54 ( very good) it showed that learning activity by applying a model of learning cooperative type stad with strategy sets approach done with very good. The application of a model of learning cooperative type stad with strategy sets approach has an impact study result of the students can increase either in the domain of cognitive, affective and psychomotor. Based on the poll known that the students have a response very good against of learning by the application of a model of learning cooperative type stad with strategy sets approach to the matter ricochet light

Abstrak. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan keterlaksanaan pengelolaan pembelajaran dengan menerapkan model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe STAD dengan strategi pendekatan SETS pada kegiatan belajar mengajar, hasil belajar  siswa (yang meliputi ranah kognitif, afektif dan psikomotor) dan respons siswa. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian deskriptif, dengan instrumen penelitian meliputi lembar pengamatan pengelolaan pembelajaran, soal post-test, lembar pengamatan psikomotor, lembar pengamatan afektif dan angket respon siswa. Teknik analisis data menggunakan kuantitatif deskriptif dengan subyek penelitian kelas VIII-B sejumlah 37 siswa dan VIII-C sejumlah 36 siswa. Hasil pengamatan menunjukkan bahwa skor pengelolaan pembelajaran guru untuk kelas VIII-B sebesar 3,37 (sangat baik) dan untuk kelas VIII-C sebesar 3,54 (sangat baik) hal ini menunjukkan bahwa keterlaksanaan pengelolaan pembelajaran dengan menerapkan model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe STAD dengan strategi pendekatan SETS dilakukan dengan sangat baik. Penerapan model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe STAD dengan strategi pendekatan SETS memiliki dampak dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa baik pada ranah kognitif, afektif maupun psikomotor. Berdasarkan hasil angket diketahui bahwa siswa mempunyai respons yang sangat baik terhadap pembelajaran dengan penerapan model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe STAD dengan strategi pendekatan SETS pada materi pemantulan cahaya
