PENERAPAN ISO 9001:2008 PADA BIDANG PENDIDIKAN DITINJAU DARI REALISASI PELAYANAN PENDIDIKAN PROGRAM KEAHLIAN TEKNIK GAMBAR BANGUNAN DI SMK NEGERI 5 SURABAYA

Abstract

ABSTRAK

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui sejauh mana tingkat kesesuaian antara pelaksanaan Realisasi Pelayanan Pendidikan pada Bengkel Kerja di lapangan dengan prosedur Bengkel Kerja ISO 9001:2008 pada bidang pendidikan. Selain itu, penelitian ini juga bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh penerapan ISO 9001:2008 pada Bengkel Kerja terhadap kualitas siswa Program Keahlian Teknik Gambar Bangunan di SMK Negeri 5 Surabaya.

Metode penelitian ini adalah penelitian deskriptif-kuantitatif. Data diambil menggunakan metode pengkajian literatur, observasi, interview dan dokumentasi. Tingkat kesesuaian penerapan ISO 9001:2008 pada Bengkel Kerja menggunakan lembar checklist. Pengujian hipotesis menggunakan analisis korelasi product moment dan analisis regresi sederhana.

Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa: (1)Tingkat kesesuaian penerapan ISO 9001:2008 pada Bengkel Kerja Kayu di lapangan sudah dilakukan dengan baik. (2)Tingkat kesesuaian penerapan ISO 9001:2008 pada Bengkel Kerja Plumbing di lapangan sudah dilakukan dengan baik. (3)Tingkat kesesuaian penerapan  ISO 9001:2008 pada Laboratorium Ukur Tanah di lapangan sudah dilakukan dengan baik. (4)Terdapat pengaruh positif yang sangat kecil dan tidak signifikan antara penerapan ISO 9001:2008 pada Bengkel Kerja Kayu terhadap kualitas siswa praktik kerja kayu. (5)Terdapat pengaruh positif yang sangat kecil dan tidak signifikan antara penerapan ISO 9001:2008 pada Bengkel Kerja Plumbing terhadap kualitas siswa praktik kerja plumbing. (6)Terdapat pengaruh positif yang sangat kecil dan tidak signifikan antara penerapan ISO 9001:2008 pada Laboratorium Ukur Tanah terhadap kualitas siswa praktik ukur tanah.

ABSTRACT

This research aim to know the extent of suitability between implementation Realization Education Services in the Workshop on the field with ISO 9001:2008 procedures Workshop on education. In addition, this research also aimed to know the effect the application of ISO 9001:2008 on the quality of students Workshop Drawing Building Engineering Skills Program at SMK State 5 of Surabaya.

This research method is descriptive-quantitative research. Data retrieved using the assessment literature, observation, interview and documentation. Level according to application of ISO 9001:2008 in the Workshop uses a checklist. Hypothesis testing using product moment correlation analysis and simple regression analysis.

The results showed that: (1)The suitability of application of ISO 9001:2008 in the Sector Education reviewed of realization elements in the Education Services Wood Workshop in the field has been done well. (2)The suitability of application of ISO 9001:2008 in the Sector Education reviewed of realization elements in the Education Services Plumbing Workshop in the field has been done well. (3)The suitability of application of ISO 9001:2008 in the Sector Education reviewed of realization elements in the Education Services Measure Soil Laboratory in the field has been done well. (4)There is a positive effect is very small and not significant between the application of ISO 9001:2008 in the Wood Workshop on the quality of students work practices wood. (5)There is a positive effect is very small and not significant between the application of ISO 9001:2008 in the Plumbing Workshop on the quality of students work practices plumbing. (6)There is a positive effect is very small and not significant between the application of ISO 9001:2008 in the Measure Soil Laboratory on the quality of student practice measure soil.
