PENERAPAN ISO 9001:2008 PADA KONTRAKTOR PT. WARINGIN MEGAH DALAM PELAKSANAAN PEKERJAAN KONSTRUKSI BAJA DI PROYEK PEMBANGUNAN KANTOR DAN GUDANG PT. DJARUM RUNGKUT SURABAYA

Abstract

Seiring dengan perkembangan teknologi di era globalisasi, baja sebagai bahan konstruksi bangunan mempunyai banyak keunggulan dibanding dengan material konstruksi lainnya seperti kayu dan beton. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui tingkat kesesuaian penerapan ISO 9001:2008 pada kontraktor PT. Waringin Megah dalam pelaksanaan pekerjaan konstruksi baja ditinjau dari elemen pemantauan dan pengukuran proses, serta elemen pemantauan dan pengukuran produk di Proyek Pembangunan Kantor dan Gudang PT. Djarum. Selain itu untuk mengetahui dampak sertifikasi ISO 9001:2008 bagi perusahaan kontraktor    PT. Waringin Megah.

Metode penelitian ini adalah penelitian deskriptif-kuantitatif. Penelitian  dilaksanakan pada tanggal 12 Juni s/d 14 Agustus 2012 di Proyek Pembangunan Kantor dan Gudang                   PT. Djarum yang berlokasi di JL. Raya Rungkut Industri No. 1A Surabaya. Data diambil menggunakan metode pengkajian literatur, observasi, interview dan dokumentasi. Tingkat kesesuaian penerapan ISO 9001:2008 pada elemen pemantauan dan pengukuran proses, serta elemen pemantauan dan pengukuran produk di Proyek Pembangunan Kantor dan Gudang                  PT. Djarum dengan menggunakan checklist.

Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa: (1)Tingkat kesesuaian penerapan ISO 9001:2008 ditinjau dari elemen pemantauan dan pengukuran proses sudah cukup baik dengan skor 8.07. (2) Tingkat kesesuaian penerapan ISO 9001:2008 ditinjau dari elemen pemantauan dan pengukuran produk sudah cukup baik dengan skor 8.38 (3)Sertifikasi ISO 9001:2008 mempunyai dampak positif dimana kondisi perusahaan semakin membaik dan meningkatnya perolehan proyek.

ABSTRACT

In line with the development of technology in the era of globalization, steel as a construction building material has many advantages compared with other construction materials such as wood and concrete. This study aims to determine the level of conformity to ISO 9001:2008 implementation contractor PT. Waringin Megah steel construction work in terms of the elements of the monitoring and measurement of processes, as well as elements of monitoring and measurement products in the Project Building Office and Warehouse                       PT. Djarum. In addition to knowing the impact of ISO 9001:2008 certification for the company contractor PT. Waringin Megah.

The research method was descriptive-quantitative study. The study was conducted on June 12, s/d August 14, 2012 in Project Building Office and Warehouse PT. Djarum is located at JL. Raya No. Rungkut Industry. 1A Surabaya. Data retrieved using the method of literature reviews, observation, interview and documentation. Level according to the application of               ISO 9001:2008 to the elements of monitoring and measurement of processes, as well as elements of monitoring and measurement products in the Project Building Office and Warehouse PT. Djarum using a checklist.

The results showed that: (1) the application of ISO 9001:2008 compliance rate in terms of the elements of the monitoring and measurement of processes is quite good with a score 8:07. (2) the application of ISO 9001:2008 compliance rate in terms of the elements of the monitoring and measurement of product is quite good with a score 8:38 (3) ISO 9001:2008 Certification has a positive impact where the condition is getting better and growing company acquisition project.
