MODEL PEMBELAJARAN LANGSUNG BERMEDIA TANGRAM TERHADAP HASIL BELAJAR GEOMETRI PADA ANAK BERKESULITAN BELAJAR

Abstract

Abstract; Based on the previous study, the ability of students learning disability in understanding the gemetry material particulary geometry of Euclidian is low. On the other side, in term of learning mathematic of geometry of Euclidian is taught without using learning model innovative media. Consequently, students get difficulty in understanding geometry of Euclidian. Based on the observation result, the result of students’ learning disability in learning geometry has not achieved maximally a good score yet. The purpose of this research is to examine wheter there has the effects of direct learning model using tangram as media or not to the result of learning geometry in students’ learning disability of grade 5 if SDN Putren 1 Sukomoro Nganjuk.
It’s a pra-experimental research which use design of “one group pre-test post-test design” that are kinds of experiment which is done to the group without using control group or comparison group. Methods of data collections using tests and documentations. Subject of this research is 6 students’ learning disability in SDN Putren 1 Sukomoro Nganjuk. For the data analysis, it used sign test.
From the analysis result, the result of counting critical score 5% for testing on side (1,64) and testing two side (1,96), the score Z is got from counting (Zh = 2,05) > Z table 1,96 so that the working hypothesis (Ha) is received. So that the result of this research is there is a significant effect of the result of learning geometry through direct learning model using tangram as media ins learning geometry to the students’ learning disability in SDN Putren 1 Sukomoro Nganjuk.
