PENERAPAN MODEL PEMBELAJARAN KOOPERATIF TIPE TEAM ASSISTED INDIVIDUALIZATION (TAI) UNTUK PENINGKATAN PRESTASI BELAJAR PADA MATA DIKLAT SISTEM KOPLING

Pencapaian ketuntasan klasikal dalam hasil belajar sulit di capai. Kenyataan yang dihadapi dilapangan terkait dengan kemampuan kemandirian siswa SMK pada umumnya mengalami kesulitan untuk mencapai hasil belajar yang mandiri dan hal ini memicu terjadinya penurunan semangat belajar siswa SMK, sehingga pembelajaran dalam bentuk metode ceramah saja tidak cukup untuk membentuk semangat siswa dalam belajar. Salah satu peluang untuk memberikan pengalaman kepada siswa dalam pembentukan karakter adalah dengan menggunakan model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe TAI. Dengan penrapan model pembelajaran tersebut bertujuan untuk meningkatkan prestasi belajar siswa. Penelitian ini merupakan Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (PTK) dengan model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe TAI. Pada siklus pnelitian tindakan kelas masing – masing siklus berisikan perencanaan, tindakan, pengamatan, dan refleksi. Penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian deskriptif . Untuk subyek penelitian ini adalah Siswa kelas XI TKR 1 SMKN 1 Kanor-Bojonegoro pada mata diklat sistem kopling dengan instrumen penelitian berupa lembar pengamatan dan tes hasil belajar. Hasil belajar siswa dapat tercapai jika siswa dapat mencapai ketuntasan ≥ 80% dalam belajar pada setiap tujuan pembelajaran. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa kemampuan pengajar dalam menyiapkan RPP dan Skenario siklus I dan siklus II mencapai hasil rata-rata 3,8% tergolong baik, kemampuan pengajar dalam menerapkan RPP dan Skenario siklus I dan siklus II mencapai hasil rata-rata 3,7% tergolong kriteria baik, aktivitas siswa siklus I dan Siklus II mencapai hasil rata-rata 3,8% tergolong kriteria baik, dan respon siswa mencapai 85,2% tergolong kriteria sangat baik, sedangkan hasil belajar siswa sebelum dilakukan penerapan metode jumlah siswa 29 siswa, jumlah siswa yang tuntas ada sebanyak 20 siswa dengan persentase 74%. Setelah dilakukan penerapan hasil penelitian pada siklus I siswa yang tuntas ada sebanyak 22 siswa dengan persentase 76%, dan hasil penelitian pada siklus II siswa yang tuntas sebanyak 25 siswa dengan persentase 86,3%.

Realities encountered in the field associated with independent ability students of SMK generally have difficulty to achieve the learning outcomes wich independent and this is triggering decrease students' enthusiasm for learning a student of SMK, So that learning in the form of lecture methods not enough to form the character of students One of the opportunities to provide experience to students in the formation of character is by using the method of character basic recitation independent of analyzed. With the application of these methods aim to improve student achievement. This research is action research PTK with the method of character basic recitation independent of analyzed on each classroom action research cycle - each cycle consists of planning, action, observation and reflection.This study used a descriptive qualitative. For an object of this research is the grade XI TKR I SMKN 1 Kanor-Bojonegoro on standard of competence clutc system with a research instrument in the form of sheets of observations and recitation tests were analyzed.. Student learning outcomes can be achieved if students can achieve mastery ≥ 80% in learning on each learning objective. The results showed that the ability of teachers to RPP prepare and scenarios cycle I and cycle II achieved an average yield of 3,8 % classified as good, the ability of teachers to implement the RPP and Scenarios cycle I and cycle II achieved an average yield of 3,7% considered good criteria , student activity cycle I and cycle II achieved an average yield of 3,8% classified as good criteria, and to response of students achieved 85.2% the criteria very well classified, while the learning outcomes of students prior to the implementation of the method the number of students 29 students, the number of students who there are a total of 20 students completed the percentage of 74%. After the application of research results in the first cycle of students who pass as many as 22 students with a percentage of 76%, and the results of research on the second cycle students who pass as many as 25 students with a percentage of 86.3%.
