PENGARUH QUANTUM LEARNING TERHADAP KEMAMPUAN MENGENAL LAMBANG BILANGAN ANAK KELOMPOK A DI TK BINA PUTRA WARGA

Abstract

Penelitian dilakukan pada kelompok A di TK Bina Putra Warga Surabaya. Penelitian tersebut dilatarbelakangi dengan kemampuan mengenal lambang bilangan anak kelompok A yang masih rendah. Hambatan ini terjadi dikarenakan pengelolaan kelas yang belum sesuai dengan kebutuhan anak. Pengelolaan kelas ini termasuk dalam hal pemilihan model pembelajaran. Quantum learning merupakan salah satu model pembelajaran yang menciptakan lingkungan kondusif dan mendudukkan anak secara nyaman di kelas dengan berbagai iringan musik, serta meningkatkan partisipasi anak. Tujuan penelitian adalah untuk mengetahui apakah ada pengaruh quantum learning terhadap kemampuan mengenal lambang bilangan anak kelompok A di TK Bina Putra Warga Surabaya.

Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan jenis penelitian pre-eksperimental one-group pre-test-post-test design. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan metode observasi. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah statistik non parametrik menggunakan rumus uji jenjang bertanda Wilcoxon dengan rumus T hitung < T tabel. Jika T hitung < T tabel maka penelitian ini signifikan.

Berdasarkan hasil analisis data tentang kemampuan mengenal lambang bilangan pada pre test dan post test dengan perlakuan quantum learning, hasil pre test yang diperoleh yaitu 9,07 dan  post test 12,8. Data tersebut dianalisis menggunakan tabel penolong Wilcoxon. Hasil perhitungan yang diperoleh adalah T hitung = 0 dan T tabel = 25 (0<25). Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa Ha diterima dan Ho ditolak. Maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa ada pengaruh quantum learning terhadap kemampuan mengenal lambang bilangan anak kelompok A di TK Bina Putra Warga Surabaya.

Abstract

The research was conducted on group A of Bina Putra Warga kindergarten Surabaya . The research was motivated by the ability to recognize the symbol of numbers children in group A were still low. This bottleneck occurs due to classroom management that is not in accordance with the needs of the child. Classroom management is included in the selection of the learning model. Quantum learning is one that creates an environment conducive to learning and child sit comfortably in the classroom with a variety of music, as well as increasing the participation of children. Research purposes is to know whether there is influence of quantum learning on the ability the symbol of numbers children at group A in Bina Putra Warga kindergarten Surabaya.

Researchers used a quantitative research approach to the type of experimental research and design study is a pre-experimental design with a one-group pre-test post-test design. Data collection research using observational methods. The data analysis technique used is non-parametric statistics using the Wilcoxon matched pairs test formula, with a count T count < T table, if T count < T table so this research is success, which means the research is significant.

Based on the analysis of data on the ability to know the symbol of numbers in pre-test and post test with quantum learning treatment, result of pre test is 9,07 and an post test is 12.8. The data were analyzed using the Wilcoxon helper table. The calculation result obtained is T count = 0, while the T table = 25. This suggests that Ha is accepted and Ho is rejected. So, the conclusion of the research is that there is a influence of quantum learning  on the ability to know the symbol of numbers children at group A in Bina Putra Warga kindergarten Surabaya.
