PENINGKATAN KEMAMPUAN MENGENAL KONSEP POLA MELALUI BERMAIN KOOPERATIF PADA ANAK KELOMPOK B PAUD PLUS AL FATTAH JOMBANG

Abstract

Kemampuan mengenal konsep pola terutama pola ABCD pada anak kelompok B PAUD plus Al Fattah Jombang masih rendah. Hal ini disebabkan karena kegiatan mengajar yang selama ini diterapkan oleh guru lebih banyak menggunakan lembar kerja saja sehingga perlu digunakan metode baru dalam peningkatan mengenal konsep pola melalui bermain kooperatif. Selain itu pembelajaran kooperatif belum pernah dilakukan secara terencana dengan baik. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui sejauh mana metode bermain kooperatif dapat meningkatkan kemampuan mengenal konsep pola pada kelompok B PAUD Plus Al Fattah Jarak Kulon Jogoroto Jombang.  Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian tindakan kelas dengan menggunakan siklus berulang. Setiap siklus terdiri atas perencanaan, tindakan, observasi dan refleksi. Subyek penelitian ini adalah anak kelompok B PAUD plus Al Fattah Jombang yang berjumlah 20 anak. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan observasi, sedangkan teknik analisis data yang digunakan statistik deskriptif.  Hasil penelitian pada siklus I di peroleh data kemampuan mengenal konsep pola pada anak melalui bermain kooperatif sebesar 64%. Hal ini menunjukan penelitian tindakan kelas ini belum berhasil. Oleh karena belum mencapai kriteria keberhasilan tindakan sebesar 75%. Oleh sebab itu, penelitian ini berlanjut pada siklus II. Hasil penelitian pada siklus II diperoleh kemampuan mengenal konsep pola pada anak sebesar 93%. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian siklus II maka dapat disimpulkan melalui bermain kooperatif dapat meningkatkan kemampuan mengenal konsep pola pada anak.

ABSTRACT

The ability to recognize the concept of patterns, especially in children ABCD pattern ECD group B plus Al Fattah Jombang still low. This is caused because the teaching activities that have been implemented by more teachers use worksheets just that, new methods need to be used in the improvement of the concept of patterns through cooperative play. So the purpose of this study was to determine the extent to which the method can improve the ability to play cooperatively recognize the concept of pattern in group B ECD Plus Al Fattah Distance Kulon Jogoroto Jombang. This study used classroom action research using berulang.Setiap cycle cycle consists of planning, action, observation and reflection. The study subjects were children in group B plus ECD Al Fattah Jombang totaling 20 children. Data collection techniques used observation, while the engineering data analysis used descriptive statistics. The results of the study on the first cycle in the data obtained through the ability to know the concept of patterns to play cooperatively by 64%. This study shows the class action has not been successful, because the criteria for the achievement of development by 75%. Therefore, this study continues on the second cycle of research results obtained in the second cycle the concept of pattern capability by 93%. Based on the above results it can be concluded that through cooperative play can enhance the ability of the concept of patterns.
