Abstract

Abstrak. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk uji bioaktivitas insektisida dari ekstrak kloroform tumbuhan Api-api Jambu (Avicennia marina). metode yang digunakan adalah metode semprot yang mengarah pada racun perut dan racun kontak. Uji ini menggunakan 7 variasi kosentrasi (0, 200, 400, 800, 1600, 3200, dan 6400 mg/L) dan dilakukan 4 kali pengulangan, dengan ulat Grayak Spodoptera Littura sebagai serangga target. Nilai LC₅₀ ditentukan dengan analisis probit menggunakan program minitab 14 for windows, dan dihasilkan nilai LC₅₀ untuk 24, 48, dan 72 jam setelah perlakuan masing-masing ekstrak kloroform adalah 9660,6 mg/L, 7783,1 mg/L, dan 5042,1 mg/L.

Abstract. the aims of the research is to test bioactivity insecticide of chloroform extract of the plant of the plant Api-api Jambu (Avicennia marina). the research used spraying method that refers to stomach poison and contact poison. The test used 7 concentrations (0, 200, 400, 800, 1600, 3200, dan 6400 mg/L) and repetitions was performed 4 times, with caterpillar Grayak Spodoptera littura as the target insect. Value LC₅₀ was determined by using probit analysis program minitab 14 for windows and resulted value LC₅₀ for 24, 48, and 72 hours after treatment to give respectively chloroform extract was 9660,6 mg/L, 7783,1 mg/L, dan 5042,1 mg/L.
