PENGEMBANGAN PERANGKAT PEMBELAJARAN MENGGUNAKAN MODEL INQUIRY – BASED LEARNING TEKNIK QUESTIONING PADA STANDAR KOMPETENSI MEMPERBAIKI CD PLAYER DI SMK NEGERI 3 SURABAYA

Abstrak

Abstrak

Pembelajaran di SMK diharapkan berkembang agar meningkatkan daya saing setiap era yang akan dijalani dan salah satu strategi/teknik untuk belajar aktif yaitu menggunakan Questioning pada model pembelajaran Inquiry-based Learning.Tujuan penelitian iniuntuk: (1) mengetahui kelayakan perangkat pembelajaran model Inquiry-basedlearning teknik Questioning standar kompetensi memperbaiki CD player, (2) mengetahui hasil belajar siswa yang menggunakan perangkat model Inquiry-based learning teknik Questioning lebih baik dibandingkan konvensional, dan (3) mengetahui respon siswa selama proses pembelajaran menggunakan pengembangkan perangkat pembelajaran dengan menggunakan model Inquiry-based learning teknik Questioning.

Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian Research and Development (R&D) serta menggunakan desain dari penelitian True Experimental jenis Pretest-Posttest Control Group Designdengan sasaran penelitian siswa kelas XI TAV 1 dan 2 SMK Negeri 3Surabaya program keahlian Teknik Audio Video angkatan tahun 2010. Penelitian ini menggunakan tujuh tahapan yang ada pada metode Research and Development (R&D),yaitu: (1) potensi dan masalah, (2) pengumpulan data, (3) desain produk, (4) validasi desain, (5) revisi produk, (6) uji coba produk, serta (7) analisa dan pelaporan.

Hasilvalidasi validator perangkat model Inquiry-based Learning teknik Questioning dinyatakan baik/layak dengan hasil rata-rata rating sebesar 88,86%. uji t (post test) memiliki nilai t hitung sebesar 5,319 dimana nilai tersebut tidak termasuk pada daerah arsir dari t tabel yang bernilai 1,67 untuk taraf kesalahan 5% untuk satu ekor. Jadi dapat disimpulkan bahwa ada perbedaan antara hasil belajar kelas eksperimen dan kelas kontrol dan dikarenakan thitung lebih besar dari ttabel dan bernilai positif maka hasil belajar kelas eksperimen lebih tinggi dari pada hasil belajar kelas kontrol. Siswa yang merespon positif atau menyenangkan dengan hasil rating sebesar 84,55%.

Abstract

The learning at SMK expected to develop in order to improve the competitiveness of each era that will be undertaken and one of the strategies / techniques for active learning which uses Questioning on Inquiry-based learning model Learning. The purpose this research to: (1) determine the feasibility of devices of learning Inquiry-based learning models Questioning techniques competency standard repair CD player, (2) know the learning outcomes of students using the model of Inquiry-based learning Questioning technique is better than conventional, and (3 ) know the response of the students during the learning process using the developing of learning by using a model-based learning Inquiry Questioning techniques.

This research use research methods Research and Development (R & D) as well as using the design of True Experimental study types Pretest-Posttest Control Group Design with target class XI student research TAV 1 and 2 SMK Negeri 3 program Surabaya Technical expertise of Audio Video generation in 2010. This research uses seven stages that exist in methods Research and Development (R & D), which is: (1) the potential and problems, (2) data collection, (3) product design, (4) design validation, (5) revision of the product, (6) product trials, and (7) analysis and reporting.

The results of devices validation of the model validator Inquiry-based Learning Questioning techniques otherwise good / decent to results an average rating of 88.86%. t test (post-test) has amounted to 5.319 t value where the value is not included in the shaded area of the table t-value 1.67 for a 5% error level for a tail. So it can be concluded that there is a difference between learning outcomes and the experimental class and the control class because t count greater than ttabel and learning outcomes are positive then the experimental class higher than the control class learning outcomes. Students who responded positively or fun with a rating of 84.55% results.
