Pengaruh Sistem Informasi Manajemen Barang Daerah (SIMBADA) terhadap Kinerja Pegawai Dinas Pekerjaan Umum Bina Marga Provinsi Jawa Timur

Keberhasilan sebuah instansi dapat dilihat dari apabila tujuan yang mereka rencanakan terlaksana, setiap perencanaan haruslah diikuti oleh aktivitas kantor yang baik. Aktivitas kantor tersebut tidak terlepas dari sistem informasi manajemen, karena sistem informasi manajemen merupakan aplikasi yang menunjang kinerja perusahaan dimana sangat diharapkan mampu berkontirbusi dalam memberikan keputusan, sebuah informasi, dan membantu proses operasional perusahaan. Oleh karena itu penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui adakah pengaruh Sistem Informasi Manajemen Barang Daerah (SIMBADA) terhadap Kinerja Pegawai Dinas Pekerjaan Umum Bina Marga Provinsi Jawa Timur.

Teknik analisis data yang digunakan peneliti adalah teknik deskriptif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Sampel yang digunakan oleh peneliti yaitu sebanyak 23 pegawai dari total populasi sebanyak 30 pegawai. Teknik pengumpulan yang digunakan oleh peneliti adalah angket, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Hasil analisis dari uji koefisien determinasi mengenai pengaruh Sistem Informasi Manajemen Barang Daerah (X) terhadap kinerja pegawai (Y) adalah sebesar 69,5% dan kontribusi pengaruh variabel lain sebesar 30,5%.

Abstract

The success of an institution can be seen if the goals they plan are implemented, every plan must be followed by good office activities. Office activities are inseparable from management information systems, because management information systems are applications that support company performance where it is expected to be able to contribute in making decisions, information, and helping the companys operational processes. Therefore this research was conducted to find out whether there was the influence of the Sistem Informasi Manajemen Barang Daerah (SIMBADA) on the Employee Prefomance Dinas Pekerjaan Umum Bina Marga Provinsi Jawa Timur.

The data analysis technique used by researchers is a descriptive technique with a quantitative approach. The sample used by researchers is 23 employees from a total population of 30 employees. The collection techniques used by researchers were questionnaires, observations, and documentation. The results of the analysis of the test coefficient of determination regarding the influence of the Regional Goods Management Information System (X) on employee performance (Y) is 69.5% and the contribution of the influence of other variables is 30.5%.
