Peneliti melakukan penelitian mengenai pengembangkan media pembelajaran mobile learning mata pelajaran pengantar administrasi perkantoran ini dengan sebab karena proses pembelajaran yang dilakukan di dalam kelas masih menggunakan media PowerPoint yang berbantu LCD dan Proyektor saja, serta media tersebut sepenuhnya belum dapat menarik perhatian dan minat belajar siswa dalam mengikuti proses pembelajaran. Terdapat beberapa tujuan dari penelitian ini, yaitu untuk mengetahui: (1) Perbedaan media pembelajaran sebelum dan sesudah dikembangkan, (2) Kelayakan media pembelajaran mobile learning, (3) Evaluasi siswa terhadap media pembelajaran mobile learning. Penelitian ini termasuk kelompok penelitian R&D dengan menggunakan model pengembangan 4-D. Instrumen penelitian dalam pengembangan media ini yaitu lembar validasi ahli materi dan media, serta evaluasi siswa. Lembar validasi ahli materi terdiri dari 1 dosen program studi pendidikan administrasi perkantoran unesa dan 1 guru pengantar administrasi perkantoran SMK Negeri 1 Sooko, sedangkan validasi ahli media terdiri dari 1 dosen multimedia Unesa. Subjek yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu siswa kelas X APK2 yang berjumlah 20 orang. Hasil validasi ahli materi mendapatkan rata-rata persentase sebesar 81,46% dan sebesar 81,66% diperoleh berdasarkan penilaian validasi ahli media yang keduanya termasuk dalam kategori sangat layak. Evaluasi siswa memperoleh rata-rata persentase sebesar 92,08% dengan kategori sangat layak. Berdasarkan hasil validasi ahli materi, ahli media, dan evaluasi siswa, maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa media mobile learning sangat layak digunakan sebagai media pembelajaran pengantar administrasi perkantoran di SMK Negeri 1 Sooko.Kata Kunci: Pengembangan Media, Media Pembelajaran, Mobile Learning.

There are several objectives of this study, namely to find out: (1) Differences in learning media before and after being developed, (2) Feasibility of mobile learning media learning, (3) Student evaluation of mobile learning learning media. This research included the R & D research group using a 4-D development model. The research instruments in the development of this media are material and media expert validation sheets, as well as student evaluations. The validation sheet of the material expert consists of 1 lecturer in an office administration administration study program and 1 introductory teacher of office administration at Sooko 1 State Vocational School, while the validation of media experts consists of 1 multimedia lecturer at Unesa. The subjects used in this study were students of class X APK2 which numbered 20 people. The results of the material expert validation obtained an average percentage of 81.46% and 81.66% were obtained based on the validation assessment of media experts who were both included in the very feasible category. Evaluation of students obtain an average percentage of 92.08% with a very decent category. Based on the results of the validation of material experts, media experts, and student evaluations, it can be concluded that mobile learning media is very feasible to be used as an introductory learning media for office administration in Sooko 1 State Vocational School.
