Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh model pembelajaran problem based learning terhadap hasil belajar siswa dan untuk mengetahui penerapan model pembelajaran problem based learning kompetensi dasar memahami norma, standar, prosedur, dan kaidah kearsipan di kelas X OTKP SMKN 1 Bangkalan tahun ajaran 2018/2019. Jenis penelitian ini menggunakan desain penelitian eksperimen kuasi (quasi experimental design) dengan bentuk nonequivalent control group design. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada seluruh siswa kelas X OTKP 1 sebagai kelas eksperimen dan kelas X OTKP 2 sebagai kelas kontrol. Instrumen penelitian yang digunakan adalah pre-test dan post-test. Teknik analisis data menggunakan uji homogenitas, uji normalitas, uji hipotesis (uji-t), dan uji gain score. Berdasarkan hasil analisis uji-t nilai post-test, diperoleh nilai thitung sebesar 3,579 dengan taraf signifikansi sebesar ,001 (0,001). Sedangkan ttabel diketahui sebesar 2,009 dengan taraf signifikansi 0,05. Hasil ini menunjukkan bahwa t-test < 0,05 yaitu 0,001 < 0,05 dan thitung (3,579) > ttabel (2,009). Sementara berdasarkan hasil analisis uji-t selisih (gain score) pre-test dan post-test diperoleh nilai thitung sebesar 6,405 dengan taraf signifikasi ,000 (0,000). Sedangkan nilai ttabel sebesar 2,009 dengan taraf signifikansi sebesar 0,05. Hasil ini menunjukkan bahwa t-test < 0,05 yaitu 0,001 < 0,05 dan thitung (6,405) > ttabel (2,009). Berdasarkan hasil analisis uji-t di atas, maka Ha diterima dan tolak H0. Sehingga terdapat pengaruh hasil belajar siswa setelah menerapkan model problem based learning, dimana hasil belajar siswa kelas eksperimen yang menggunakan model pembelajaran problem based learning lebih tinggi daripada hasil belajar kelas kontrol.

This study aims to determine the effect of problem based learning learning models on student learning outcomes and to find out the application of problem based learning models to basic competencies in understanding archival norms, procedures, and rules in class X OTKP of SMK 1 Bangkalan 2018/2019 academic year. Based on the results of the t-test analysis above, Ha is accepted and rejects H0. So that there is an effect of student learning outcomes after applying the problem based learning model, where the learning outcomes of experimental class students who use problem based learning learning models are higher than the learning outcomes of the control class.
