Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui proses pengembangan Electronic Modul Berbasis Editor Eclipse, mengetahui kelayakan serta mengetahui bagaimana respon peserta didik terhadap pengembangan Electronic Modul Berbasis Editor Eclipse. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian adalah R&D dengan model pengembangannya 4D. Tetapi, penelitian ini hanya terbatas pada tahap pengembangan saja. Subjek penelitiannya yaitu 20 siswa kelas X OTKP 1 SMK Negeri 1 Lamongan. Instrumen penelitian dan teknik analisis data pada penelitian pengembangan ini adalah lembar validasi modul yang meliputi lembar validasi ahli materi, ahli bahasa, dan ahli kegrafikan serta lembar respon peseta didik. Hasil dari penelitian ini yaitu proses penelitian pengembangan yang dilakukan telah melalui tahapan sesuai dengan model pengembangan 4D yaitu tahap pendefinisian, perancangan, dan pengembangan. Namun, tahap penyebaran tidak dilakukan, sebab tujuan penelitian hanya sampai mengembangkan dan menghasilkan produk Electronic Modul Berbasis Editor Eclipse. Hasil dari validasi ahli terhadap kelayakan Electronic Modul Berbasis Editor Eclipse menunjukkan bahwa komponen kelayakan isi memperoleh skor 92%, kelayakan penyajian 91%, kelayakan bahasa 80,67%, dan kelayakan kegrafikan 78,67%. Sehingga hasil keseluruhan validasi ahli adalah 85,59% dengan kriteria sangat kuat. Hasil analisis respon peserta didik memperoleh skor 97% dengan kriteria sangat baik, sehingga Electronic Modul Berbasis Editor Eclipse yang dikembangkan sangat baik digunakan sebagai bahan ajar pendukung dalam proses pembelajaran mata pelajaran Teknologi Perkantoran.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the process of developing Electronic Modules based on Eclipse Editor; knowing eligibility and knowing how students respond toward the development of Electronic Modules based on Eclipse Editor. The methodology of this research is R&D with its development model 4D. However, this research is only limited to the development stage. The research subjects were 20 students of class X OTKP 1 Vocational High School 1 Lamongan. The research instrument and data analysis techniques in this research development is the module validation sheet which includes the validation sheet for material experts, linguists, and graphic experts as well as students student response sheets. The results of this study are the development research process carried out through stages in accordance with the 4D development model, namely the stages of defining, designing, and developing. However, the deployment stage was not carried out, because the research objective was only to develop and produce product Electronic Module based on the Eclipse Editor. The results of expert validation on the feasibility of Electronic Module based on the Eclipse Editor showed that the content eligibility component obtained a score of 92%, the feasibility of presenting 91%, the feasibility of language 80.67%, and the eligibility of graphics 78.67%. The overall result of expert validation is 85.59% with very strong criteria. The results of the analysis of the responses of students obtained a score of 97% with very good criteria. Therefore, Electronic Module based on the Eclipse Editor was developed very well and it can be used as supplementary teaching material in the learning process of Office Technology subjects.
