Pengaruh Model Pembelajaran Berbasis Problem Based Learning (PBL) Terhadap Hasil Belajar Siswa Pada Mata Pelajaran Administrasi Umum di SMK Islam Krembung

Abstract

Abstrak Pendidikan merupakan salah satu cara untuk membentuk kualitas sumber daya manusia (SDM). Sumber daya manusia yang berkualitas merupakan hal penunjang pembangunan suatu bangsa oleh karena itu Pendidikan perlu dikelola dengan baik agar dapat mewujudkan hal tersebut. Pemilihan model pembelajaran yang tepat dan menarik juga sangat perpengaruh terhadap membangkitkan motivasi siswa untuk belajar. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh model pembelajaran berbasis Problem Based Learning (PBL) terhadap hasil belajar siswa pada mata pelajaran Administrasi Umum kelas X Otomatisasi Tata Kelola Perkantoran (OTKP) di SMK Islam Krembung dibandingkan yang tidak menggunakan model pembelajaran berbasis Problem Based Learning (PBL) dan mendeskripsikan penerapan model pembelajaran berbasis Problem Based Learning (PBL) terhadap hasil belajar siswa pada mata pelajaran Administrasi Umum kelas X Otomatisasi Tata Kelola Perkantoran (OTKP) di SMK Islam Krembung. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian Quasy Exsperimental Design dengan bentuk penelitian Nonequivalent Control Group Design. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah kelas X OTKP 1 sebagai kelas Eksperimen dan X OTKP 2 sebagai kelas Kontrol. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa ketuntasan belajar siswa secara klasikal dari kelas eksperimen sebesar 100% sedangkan dari kelas kontrol sebesar 59%. Kemudian pada hasil analisis selisih nilai pretest dan posttest diperoleh nilai t-hitung sebesar 2,364 dengan taraf signifikansi 0,05. Sedangkan diketahui nilai t-tabel sebesar 2,006 dengan taraf signifikansi 0,05. Jadi dapat disimpulkan bahwa Ho ditolak dan Ha diterima karena t-test < 0,05 yaitu (0,006 < 0,05) dan t-hitung > t-tabel (2,364 > 2,006). Dengan demikian, dapat ditarik sebuah kesimpulan bahwa terdapat pengaruh pada model pembelajaran berbasis Problem Based Learning (PBL) terhadap hasil belajar siswa pada mata pelajaran Administrasi Umum kelas X OTKP di SMK Islam Krembung. Quality human resources are things that support the development of a nation. Therefore, education needs to be managed well in order to realize this. The selection of the right and interesting learning model is also very influential in generating students motivation to learn. This study aims to determine the effect of Problem Based Learning (PBL) based learning models on student learning outcomes in the subjects of General Administration class X OTKP in Islamic boarding school Krembung compared to those who did not use Problem Based Learning (PBL) based learning models. and describe the application of Problem Based Learning (PBL) based learning models on student learning outcomes in the subjects of General Administration class X OTKP in Krembung Islamic Vocational School. This type of research is the quasy experimental design research with the Nonequivalent Control Group Design research form. The sample in this study is class X OTKP 1 as experiment class and X OTKP 2 as control class. The results showed that the classical mastery of student learning from the experimental class was 100% while that of the control class was 59%. Then in the results of the analysis of the difference between pre-test and post-test scores obtained tcount of 2.364 with a significance level of 0.05. Whereas the value of t table is 2.006 with a significance level of 0.05. So it can be concluded that Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted because the t test is <0.05 that is (0.006 < 0.05) and t count > t table (2.364 > 2.006). Thus, it can be drawn a conclusion that there is an influence on Problem Based Learning (PBL) based learning models on student learning outcomes in the subjects of General Administration class X OTKP in Islamic boarding schools in Krembung.
