This research aims to describe the form of music and explain the function of Hadrah Al-Banjari Jamiyyah At-Taqwa music. This research method uses a descriptive qualitative method with data collection techniques carried out by observation, interviews, and documentation. Data analysis was carried out through the stages of data reduction, triangulation of library sources, triangulation of sources, presentation, and data verification. The results of this study found the form and function of Hadrah Al-Banjari music. The form of Hadrah Al-Banjari Jamiyyah At-Taqwa music is played in groups with a percussion ensemble format using tambourine, darbuka, tam and bass instruments, by combining musical elements: rhythm/rhythm, harmony, song form, tempo, expression, and instruments. Niskala Seblang is a form of group choreography that raises the theme of rituals based on the Osing Banyuwangi ethnicity. The research was conducted using qualitative research methods and data collection techniques include: literature study, observation, interviews and documentation. Data validity was tested using triangulation (source triangulation, method triangulation, and time triangulation). Data analysis is done through data reduction, data presentation and conclusion drawing. In discussing the problems in this study using the approach of the concept of choreography by Sal Murgiyanto and the concept of dance form revealed by Soedarsono. The results of the study show: (1) Nsiakala Seblang as a form of group dance choreography that elevates the life of the Seblang ritual tradition in Olehsari Village, Glagah District, Banyuwangi Regency. The approach taken in this research is a qualitative approach. The data collection technique uses video recordings of Ronjengan music performances by the Krejengan Village Community, as well as interviews and documentation. Data analysis uses stages of reduction, data presentation, drawing conclusions. The validity of the data is carried out by triangulating sources, methods and theories. The research results show that Ronjengan music has its own unique form and structure with beat patterns that are structured and varied for each player. described in the form of Ronjengan musical scores, there are 2 variations that differentiate the dynamics and rhythm. A qualitative approach was taken as the approach used in this research. The data used is primary and secondary data in the form of interview and product presentation materials. The analysis was carried out using qualitative descriptive analysis and after that conclusions were drawn. The results of this research show that the form of digitalization of music art learning carried out by Ruangguru is that students can choose their own music teacher, can determine their learning schedule and determine the music art topics that will be discussed. Apart from that, Ruangguru also combines features for booking music classes, learning video calls and learning recordings in one centralized application and website. In the learning process, the material is divided into three levels, namely beginner, intermediate and advanced. Each level has different learning material. The higher the level, the more difficult the material becomes. However, the material has been made sequentially so that it is easy for students to understand. The role of digitalization of music arts learning at Ruangguru is that it can offer flexibility and learning is carried out centered on one Ruangguru application. Apart from that, learning can also run more focused and according to students' needs. The existence of the Gambus El-Hubb music group has received attention from the public and several institutions in Madiun Regency. The music group Gambus El-Hubb has an attraction with the characteristics of the group. This research aims to describe the management stages of the Gambus El-Hubb music group in Madiun Regency, as well as describe the obstacles and solutions for the Gambus El-Hubb music group in Madiun Regency. The method used in this research is qualitative research, because the data obtained and presented will be in descriptive form. Data sources are obtained from several data presented by sources, as well as other information, and in the form of documents. Data collection techniques were carried out using observation, interviews and documentation studies. Data validity is carried out using triangulation or merging techniques and comparing the data results obtained. The data analysis technique goes through the stages of data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. Based on the research results obtained, the management of the Gambus El-Hubb music group includes elements of well-organized management, and carries out management functions effectively and efficiently. However, there are several management practices that must be improved. Obstacles and solutions, obstacles that must be corrected by managing several unstructured group management. Keberadaan grup musik Gambus El-Hubb mendapat &nbsp;&nbsp;perhatian dari masyarakat maupun beberapa lembaga yang berada di Kabupaten Madiun. Grup musik Gambus El-Hubb memiliki daya Tarik dengan memiliki ciri khas grup. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripskan tahapan manajemen grup musik Gambus El-Hubb di Kabupaten Madiun, serta mendeskripsikan kendala dan solusi grup musik Gambus El-Hubb di Kabupaten Madiun. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah jenis penelitian kualitatif, karena data yang diperoleh dan dipaparkan akan berbentuk deskriptif. Sumber data diperoleh dari beberapa data yang dipaparkan oleh narasumber, serta informasi lain, dan berupa dokumen. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan observasi, wawancara, dan studi dokumentasi. Validitas data dilakukan dengan teknik triangulasi atau penggabungan dan membandingkan hasil data yang diperoleh. Teknik analisis data melalui tahapan reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian yang diperoleh pengelolaan manajemen grup musik Gambus El-Hubb meliputi unsur-unsur manajemen yang terorganisir dengan baik , dan menjalankan fungsi manajemen yang efektif dan efesien. Namun, ada beberapa pengelolaan manajemen yang harus diperbaiki. Kendala dan solusi, kendala yang harus diperbaiki dengan mengelola beberapa manajemen grup yang belum terstruktur. Menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif, data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian mengungkapkan bahwa kesenian Dongkrek bukan hanya sekedar pertunjukan seni, tetapi juga ekspresi budaya yang mengandung nilai spiritual dan filosofis yang mendalam bagi masyarakat Jawa. Dongkrek berfungsi sebagai media penyampaian pesan moral dan spiritual, serta memainkan peran penting dalam upacara-upacara adat yang bertujuan menjaga keseimbangan alam dan spiritual komunitas.</p> <p>Kesenian ini memperkuat identitas budaya lokal dan simbol kebanggaan serta warisan tak ternilai bagi masyarakat Jawa. Selain itu, Dongkrek juga menjadi sarana untuk memperkuat solidaritas sosial dan mempererat hubungan antaranggota komunitas. Namun, keberadaan kesenian Dongkrek menghadapi tantangan besar di era modern, seperti kurangnya minat generasi muda dan tekanan budaya populer global yang masuk melalui globalisasi.</p> <p>Pembahasan hasil penelitian membahas strategi pelestarian dan pengembangan budaya lokal dalam menghadapi dampak globalisasi dan modernisasi. Employing a qualitative descriptive approach, data was gathered through interviews, observations, and documentation. The findings reveal that Dongkrek artistry transcends mere performance, embodying profound spiritual and philosophical values for the Javanese community. Dongkrek serves as a medium to convey moral and spiritual messages, playing a pivotal role in customary rituals aimed at maintaining natural and spiritual balance within the community.</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p>The art reinforces local cultural identity, serving as a symbol of pride and invaluable heritage for the Javanese populace. Furthermore, Dongkrek fosters social solidarity and strengthens interpersonal bonds among community members. However, the presence of Dongkrek artistry faces significant challenges in the modern era, such as waning interest among younger generations and the cultural pressures imposed by global popular culture through globalization.</p> <p>The discussion of the research findings addresses strategies for preserving and developing local culture amidst the impacts of globalization and modernization. This dance is a prime example of the management and presentation efforts of Sanggar Panji Laras in Probolinggo. The execution of the management of Tari Lengger Praben Linggo's performances aims to increase local community awareness of this traditional dance in Probolinggo, particularly among visitors from outside the region as well as local and foreign tourists. The research method used is descriptive qualitative with a case study approach. Data was collected through observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation. The research results are expected to identify the management strategies applied by Sanggar Panji Laras in the performance of Tari Lengger, including planning, organizing, implementation, and evaluation. Additionally, this study aims to uncover the supporting and inhibiting factors in the performance management process. Hal tersebut merupakan salah satu contoh hasil dalam pengelolaan pementasan Tari Lengger Praben Linggo Sanggar Panji Laras di Kota Probolinggo. Pelaksanaan manajemen pementasan karya Tari Lengger Praben Linggo agar para masyarakat sekitar lebih mengenal bahwasannya terdapat tari tradisi di Kota Probolinggo, khususnya pada masyarakat luar daerah maupun wisatawan lokal dan juga asing. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kualitatif deskriptif dengan pendekatan studi kasus. Data dikumpulkan melalui observasi, wawancara mendalam, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian diharapkan dapat mengidentifikasi strategi manajemen yang diterapkan oleh Sanggar Panji Laras dalam pementasan tari Lengger, meliputi perencanaan, pengorganisasian, pelaksanaan, dan evaluasi. Selain itu, penelitian ini juga bertujuan untuk menemukan faktor-faktor pendukung dan penghambat dalam proses manajemen pementasan. By using the research&nbsp; and development of ADDIE, this research develops effective and efficient learning products. The results of alpha and beta testing show a high level of validity from various points of view. The conclusion highlights the importance of careful planning in the development of audio-visual-based pantomime learning media and emphasizes the integration of media with other learning approaches as a solution to optimize student learning outcomes.
