ABREVIASI BAHASA JEPANG PADA FILM BERGENRE REMAJA BERJUDUL TORI GIRL KARYA KOU NAKAMURA

Abstract

Penelitian ini mengkaji tentang abreviasi atau pemendekan kata yang terdapat pada bahasa Jepang dalam film bergenre remaja berjudul Tori Girl karya Kou Nakamura. Tujuan dari penelitian adalah untuk mengetahui apakah terdapat aturan khusus untuk pemendekan kata yang terjadi pada sebuah kelas kata tertentu pada bahasa Jepang. Metode yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kualitatif. Penelitian ini mengangkat masalah mengenai jenis kelas kata yang mengalami abreviasi, kemudian bentuk abreviasi, serta proses pembentukan abreviasi dalam film bergenre remaja berjudul Tori Girl karya Kou Nakamura. Dari penelitian ini didapatkan hasil sebagai berikut: (1) jenis kelas kata yang ditemukan adalah sebanyak 6 jenis, antara lain dooshi (verba), meishi (nomina), i-keisyooshi (adjektiva-i), rentaishi (prenomina), setsuzokushi (konjungsi), dan kandooshi (interjeksi). (2) ditemukan sebanyak 38 data yang termasuk ke dalam 2 bentuk pemendekan kata antara lain 35 data termasuk dalam jenis karikomi, diantaranya 15 data termasuk dalam pemendekan kata tunggal asli, dan sebanyak 20 data termasuk dalam pemendekan kata bentukan, sedangkan sebanyak 3 data termasuk ke dalam jenis toujigo, antara lain 2 data termasuk dalam jenis toujigo yang terbentuk dari penggabungan huruf depan atau huruf pertama dari setiap kata, dan 1 data termasuk dalam toujigo yang mengkombinasikan antara singkatan huruf dengan kata utuh. (3) terdapat 11 proses pembentukan kata antara lain proses penghilangan suku kata pada awal kata, proses penghilangan unsur tengah kata, proses penghilangan suku kata pada akhir kata, penghilangan seluruh kata kedua, penghilangan suku kata pada akhir kata pertama dan tengah kata kedua, penghilangan suku kata pada akhir kata pertama, penghilangan suku kata pada akhir kata pertama dan akhir kata kedua, penghilangan seluruh kata pertama, lalu penghilangan suku kata pada akhir kata kedua, penghilangan suku kata pada akhir kata pertama dan seluruh kata kedua, serta pengekalan huruf tiap komponen kata. This research examines the abbreviation or shortening of words in Japanese language at teen‟s genre film Tori Girl by Kou Nakamura. The point of this research is to know is there any special rules of word abbreviation in Japanese language. Descriptive qualitative is used for this research method. The problem in this research are about the type of word class that is abbreviated, then the formation of abbreviation, and the process of forming an abbreviation at Tori Girl’s film by Kou Nakamura. Then the results of this research are as follows: (1) the types of word classes found are 6 types, including dooshi (verb), meishi (noun), i-keisyooshi (i-adjective), rentaishi (prenoun adjectival), setsuzokushi (conjunction), and kandooshi (interjection). (2) Found 38 data included in 2 forms of word shortening including 35 data included in karikomi types, including 15 data included in the original single word shortening, and as many as 20 data included in the shortened word formed, while 3 data included in the toujigo type, among others, 2 data are included in the toujigo type which is formed from the merger of the first letter or the first letter of each word, and 1 data is included in toujigo which combines the letter abbreviations with the word intact. (3) there are 11 word formation processes including the elimination of syllables at the beginning of the word, the process of removing the middle element of the word, the process of eliminating syllables at the end of the word, the elimination of the second word, the removal of syllables at the end of the first and middle words of the second word, the elimination of syllables in the end of the first word, the elimination of the syllable at the end of the first and final words of the second word, the omission of the first word, then the removal of the syllable at the end of the second word, the elimination of the syllable at the end of the first word and the entire second word, and the letter retention of each word component.
