PENGARUH PENGGUNAAN GAYA BELAJAR DALAM MATA PELAJARAN BAHASA JEPANG TERHADAP HASIL BELAJAR KELAS X SMK PGRI 13 SURABAYA

The problem behind this research is the learning styles used by tenth grade students of PGRI 13
Vocational High School Surabaya as beginners in the process of learning Japanese are not known to be
appropriate and have an influence on student learning outcomes or have no influence at all. Based on these
problems, an analysis of the influence of the learning styles includes visual, auditory, and kinesthetic
learning styles used by students on their learning outcomes was carried out. The purpose of this research is
(1) to determine the effect of the visual learning style used on the learning outcomes achieved by students
(2) to determine the effect of the auditory learning style used on the learning outcomes achieved by
students (3) to determine the effect of the kinesthetic learning style used on the learning outcomes achieved
by students. This study uses a type of correlation research with quantitative descriptive method. Data collection
was carried out using questionnaires and documentation techniques with the research target of tenth grade
students consisting of office management automation (OTKP), online business and marketing (BDP), computer and network engineering (TKJ) and visual communication design (DKV) majors. The data that
has been obtained were analyzed to test whether influence students' learning styles or not on their learning
outcomes using a simple linear regression test. Based on the results of the analysis test, it is known that 1)
Visual learning style has not effective on student learning outcomes, 2) Auditory learning style has not
effective on student learning outcomes, and 3) Kinesthetic learning styles also have not effective on student
learning outcomes. The factors that cause no influence between visual, auditory, and kinesthetic learning
styles is the correlation value between the three learning styles and learning outcomes are very weak with a
correlation value of 0.00 - 0.199, even though the direction of the relationship shows a positive or
