Abstract

Abstract
Humans as social beings, need language as a communication tool to convey messages directly or
indirectly. One way of conveying indirect messages is through literature works, for example like poetry or
song lyrics. Lyrics as a literature work are influenced by the style of language that can strengthen the
impression of conveying the intent and meaning of a song. This research studying about rhetorical style of
erotica in the lyrics of DISH // songs. Erotic rhetorical style or rhetorical questions are usually used in
speech. Meanwhile, how is the use and function of erotic rhetorical style in song lyrics? This research is a
qualitative research using an objective approach and the method of observing in the collection and analysis
of research data. This research use the theory of Seto Kenichi, Seiichi Makino and Michio Tsutsui to
analyze to answer the formulated problem. As a result of the analysis, found 13 data included in the
rhetorical style of eroticism, including 1 data using the form of a rhetorical question (i), 2 data using the
form (ii), 2 data using the form (iii), 1 data using the form form (iv), and 7 data using form (v). Of the 13
data, each has a different function, including 2 data showing anger and frustration, 4 data showing
expressions of surprise, 2 data expressing joy, 2 data expressing pleas, 1 data showing rejection, and 2 data
expressing accusations. Through this analysis, found that the data of rhetorical questions in DISH//'s songs
mostly revealing the meaning of the song as a whole. This is because analysis of rhetorical questions is not
only from one sentence, but also before and after the sentence.

社会的である人間は、メッセージを直接的に、あるいは間接的に伝えるためのコミュニケーシ
ョン手段である言語が必要である。間接的にメッセージを伝える一つの例は、詩や歌詞の形で
文学作品を作るこどである。文学作品である歌詞は、歌詞の本意や意味の伝える印象を強めら
れる言語の文体に大きく影響を受ける。本研究では，DISH//によって作曲された曲の歌詞にお
けるエロテシスの修辞的文体について論じる。エロテシス修辞、または修辞的な疑問の文体は
、通常、スピーチで使用されている。一方、歌詞におけるエロテシス修辞的文体の使用と機能
はどうか？本研究は、研究データの収集や分析において、客観的アプローチと聞き取り方法を
用いた定性研究である。また、著者も瀬戸賢一や牧野誠一や筒井道雄によって作られた理論を
用いて問題の定式化を分析した。分析結果としては、エロテシス修辞的文体に含まれるデータ
を 13 個見つけ、その中は 1 つのデータが修辞的疑問の形であり (i), 2 つのデータが (ii)の形
であり, 2 つのデータが(iii)の形であり、1 つのデータが(iv)の形であり、7 つのデータが(v)
の形である。その 13 個のデータはそれぞれの機能を持ち、その中は 2 つが怒りや欲求不満を示
し、4 つのデータが驚きの表現を示し、2 つのデータが喜びを表し、2 つのデータが頼みを示し
、1 のデータが断りを示し、2 つのデータが告発を示す。その分析を通じ、DISH//によって作曲
された曲の歌詞にある数修辞的文体のデータの多くは、徹底的に曲の意味を明らかにすること
ができる。なぜかといえば、修辞的疑問の言及と分析は単なる 1 つの文だけでなく、その文の
前と後ろでも検討されるからである。
