Abstract

Literary works carried or written by immigrants are referred to as "Migrationsliterature" one of which is a monologue by Feridun Zaimoglu under the title "Kanak Sprak: 24 Miβtöne Vom Rande Der Gesellschaft". It contains the sincerity of the people of Turkish immigrants who were written with kanak-sprak style according to how Turkish immigrants communicate. This slang language is certainly written with grammatically German language that is full of deviations. Grammatical deviation is deemed important to be examined in order to determine the German language rates of Turkish immigrants. Grammatical deviation is the deviation of the use of lingual units that are not in accordance with the grammatical rules of a language or not grammatically, especially in the sentence order or syntactic aspect.  The purpose of the study was to find, classify, analyze, and describe the Turkish immigrant grammatical deviations on the book "Kanak Sprak: 24 Miβtöne Vom Rande Der Gesellschaft". The deviations theory used is the theory developed by Plett that divides grammatical aberrations into two aspects, namely morphological and syntactic. In Plett theory, subcategories of morphological deviations and their respective syntactic consist of 1) addition;  2) substraction;  3) substitution;  and 4) permutation. This research proves that this literary work has deviations in each subcategory of syntactic aspects, but on the morphological aspect has addition, substraction,  and substitution.
