TEKNIK PENERJEMAHAN KUMPULAN PUISI “PERJUMPAAN-DIE BEGEGNUNG-THE ENCOUNTER” KARYA DR. AB. SUSANTO

Abstract

This article will discuss what translation techniques will be used in the book collection of Indonesian poems into German entitled "Perjumpaan-Die Begegnung-The Encounter" by DR. AB. Susanto. This research is a comparative qualitative research. In the data collection process, five stages will be used and the data analysis process will also use five stages. The analyzed data will use 18 translation techniques developed by Molina and Albir. The results of the analysis showed the use of 11 techniques in 48 data, with the percentage of techniques that are often used is the amplification technique with 10 data. The results of the overall percentage of the techniques used are as follows: 10 amplification, 9 literal translation,6 kalke, 4 adaptation, 6 transposition,3 particularization, 3 compensation, 2 common equivalent, 2 reduction, 2 variation and 1 pure borrowing.
