PENENTUAN RUMUS EMPIRIS TERHADAP PERHITUNGAN CEPAT GEMPA BUMI LOKALDI WILAYAH SULAWESI UTARA

Penelitian ini membahas mengenai mekanisme penentuan rumus empiris magnitudo periode dominan  di wilayah Sulawesi Utara menggunakan basis perhitungan cepat periode dominan . Penentuan rumus empiris tersebut digunakan untuk rekonstruksi kejadian gempa yang lalu dan untuk meramal gempa di masa yang akan datang. Estimasi ini menggunakan data sekunder yang diperoleh dari laman webdc3 dan dioalah menggunakan aplikasi JokoTingkir. Dari data sekunder tersebut diperoleh data digital nilai  yang diolah sehingga diperoleh inversi persamaan linier menghasilkan rumus empiris  = (  + 7,7536)/1,7018 untuk wilayah Sulawesi Utara. Berdasarkan hasil tersebut diperoleh standart deviasi sebesar 0,2 dimana hasil ini sama dengan temuan terdahulu. Sehingga rumusan empiris ini bisa digunakan untuk merekontruksi kejadian.

Abstract

This study discusses the empirical formula determination mechanism magnitudedominant period in the North Sulawesi with quick calculation using dominant periode . Determinationof empirical formula is used for the reconstruction of past earthquakes and to predict earthquakes in the future. This estimate uses secondary data obtained from Webdc3 and applications Joko Tingkir. The secondary data obtained from digital data are processed in order to obtain the inversion of linear equations produce empirical formula  = (  + 7,7536)/1,7018for the North Sulawesi. Based on the result obtained by standart deviation of 0.2 which is the same result with earlier findings. So the empirical formula can be used to reconstruct events.
