Pengaruh Variasi Siklus Elektrodeposisi Terhadap Nilai Konduktivitas Lapisan Tipis Polianilin

Abstract

Polianilin (PANi) merupakan polimer konduktif yang dapat disintesiskan dengan metode kimia maupun elektrokimia. Penelitian ini berhasil mensistesiskan PANi secara elektrokimia dengan metode elektrodeposisi potensiostatik. Kemudian mengidentifikasi sifat elektrokimia, jenis ikatan, dan listrik lapisan tipis PANi pada substrat ITO. Lapisan tipis PANi terbentuk pada susbtrat ITO dengan variasi cycle 1, 5, 10, 15, dan 20. Pada uji FTIR menunjukkan PANi dalam fasa konduktif (emeraldine salt) yang dibuktikan dari puncak serapan IR sesuai dengan referensi. Semakin bertambahnya cycle nilai arus semakin meningkat yang menunjukkan distribusi elektrolit pada ITO semakin homogen. Nilai konduktivitas PANi dianilisis dengan FPP, dimana hasil terbaik ditunjukkan pada 10 cycle dengan nilai 6,25 𝑥 10−3 S/cm . Semakin rendah nilai resistivitas yang didapatkan maka semakin besar konduktivitas PANi.

Abstract

Polyaniline (PANi) is a conductive polymer that can be synthesized by chemical or electrochemical methods. This research succeeded in synthesizing PANi electrochemically using the potentiostatic electrodeposition method. Then identify the electrochemical properties, types of bonds, and electricity of PANi thin films on ITO substrates. PANi thin films were formed on the ITO substrate with cycle variations of 1, 5, 10, 15, and 20. The FTIR test showed that PANi was in the conductive phase (emeraldine salt) as evidenced by the IR absorption peak according to the reference. As the cycle increases, the current value increases which shows that the electrolyte distribution in ITO is increasingly homogeneous. PANi conductivity values were analyzed with FPP, where the best results were shown in 10 cycles with a value of 6.25 x 10^(-3) S/cm^ . The lower the resistivity value obtained, the greater the PANi conductivity.
