Design A pH, Temperature and Solute Monitoring Device in IOT-Based Goldfish Aquarium Water With NodeMCU ESP32

Abstract

Skripsi ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan perancangan serta mengetahui efisiensi kinerja alat monitoring pH, suhu dan TDS pada air akuarium ikan mas koki berbasis IoT bagi pemelihara. Pengujian dilakukan dengan metode asumsi, yaitu air pada akuarium diberi perlakuan dengan cara menambah nilai ph menjadi asam, suhu air menjadi panas dan dingin, serta pemberian garam pada air akuarium. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa alat monitoring pH, suhu dan TDS pada air akuarium ikan mas koki berbasis IoT telah berhasil melakukan pengujian sehingga alat dikatakan mampu bekerja dengan baik serta dengan tingkat akurasi alat instrumentasi dibandingkan dengan alat standar pabrik secara berurutan sebesar 99,94%, 100% dan 99,82%. Alat kontroler juga telah bekerja sesuai perintah. Ketika nilai pH 5,18, pompa akan hidup selama 10 detik untuk menormalkan nilai pH yaitu 7,5. Ketika nilai suhu 23,87℃, pemanas akan hidup selama 15 menit untuk menaikkan suhu air hingga 25℃. Ketika nilai suhu 31,75℃, kipas akan hidup selama 25 menit untuk untuk menurunkan suhu air hingga 29℃. Selain itu data telah tersimpan secara real-time pada website ThingSpeak dan notifikasi telah masuk pada bot WhatsApp.

Abstract

This thesis aims to describe the design and determine the performance efficiency of the pH, temperature and TDS monitoring tool in IoT-based chef goldfish aquarium water for caretakers. Testing is done with the assumption method, namely the water in the aquarium is treated by increasing the pH value to acidic, the water temperature to hot and cold, and giving salt to the aquarium water. The results of this study indicate that the pH, temperature and TDS monitoring tool in IoT-based goldfish aquarium water has successfully tested so that the tool is said to be able to work properly and with the accuracy level of instrumentation compared to standard factory tools sequentially by 99.94%, 100% and 99.82%. The controller has also worked as instructed. When the pH value is 5.18, the pump will turn on for 10 seconds to normalize the pH value of 7.5. When the temperature value is 23.87℃, the heater will turn on for 15 minutes to raise the water temperature to 25℃. When the temperature value is 31.75℃, the fan will turn on for 25 minutes to lower the water temperature to 29℃. In addition, the data has been stored in real-time on the ThingSpeak website and notifications have been sent to the WhatsApp bot.
