PENGARUH KETERAMPILAN MANAJERIAL KEPALA SEKOLAH DAN MOTIVASI KERJA TERHADAP KINERJA GURU PEMBIMBING KHUSUS SMP NEGERI PENYELENGGARA PENDIDIKAN INKLUSIF SE-KOTA SURABAYA

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui adakah pengaruh persepsi keterampilan manajerial kepala sekolah terhadap kinerja guru pembimbing khusus, pengaruh motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja guru pembimbing khusus, serta pengaruh persepsi keterampilan manajerial dan motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja guru pembimbing khusus SMP Negeri penyelenggara pendidikan inklusif se-Kota Surabaya. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif, yang terdiri dari 3 identifikasi masalah. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah guru pembimbing khusus di 20 SMP Negeri penyelenggara pendidikan inklusif di kota Surabaya yakni 76 guru pembimbing khusus. Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini berupa angket. Dari hasil uji validitas dan reliabilitas diperoleh hasil yaitu pada angketsebanyak 89 pernyataan. Data yang diperoleh dari penelitian di uji prasyaratkan terlebih dahulu dengan uji normalitas, uji linieritas, uji multikolinieritas, uji heterokedastisitas, dan uji autokorelas.

Hasil dari uji t dua sampel independen sebagai berikut: (1) Nilai t hitung persepsi keterampilan manajerial kepala sekolah (X₁) terhadap kinerja guru pembimbing khusus (Y) adalah 2,230 dimana lebih kecil dari t tabel sebesar 1,166. Maka dapat disimpulkan persepsi keterampilan manajerial kepala sekolah berpengaruh terhadap kinerja guru pembimbing khusus. (2) Nilai t hitung motivasi kerja (X₂) terhadap kinerja guru pembimbing khusus (Y) adalah 4,537, yang berarti lebih besar dari t tabel 1,166. Maka dapat disimpulkan motivasi kerjaberpengaruh terhadap kinerja guru pembimbing khusus (Y). Sedangkan hasil dari uji f yakni diperoleh hasil f hitung sebesar 15,011, yang berarti lebih besar dari f tabel sebesar 3,12. Maka dapat disimpulkan variabel persepsi keterampilan manajerial kepala sekolah (X₁) dan motivasi kerja (X₂) secara bersama-sama berpengaruh terhadap kinerja guru pembimbing khusus SMP Negeri penyelenggara pendidikan inklusif se-Kota Surabaya (Y)

The purpose of this study is to find out the effect of perception of principal managerial skills on teacher performance of specialist teacher, the effect of work motivation on teacher performance of specialist teacher, as well as the effect of the perception of principal managerial skills and work motivation on the performance of specialist teachers at SMP inclusive education in Surabaya. This study uses quantitative approach which consists of three identification problem. The population in this study is 76 specialist teachers in 20 Junior high school that providers inclusive education in Surabaya. The data collection techniques is questionnaire perception of the principal managerial skills, work motivation, and performance of specialist teachers. Based on the validity of test results and reliability that show the results in as many as 89 statements. The data obtained from the study were previously examined with normality, linearity, multicollinearity, heterocedasticity, and autocorrelation.

The results of two independent samples t test as follows: (1) t value perception of principal managerial skills of (X1) on the performance of specialist teachers 2 .230 wich means greater than t table of 1.166. Therefore, we can conclude that the perception managerial skills of school principals effect on the performance of a specialist teachers. (2) The t value of work motivation (X2) on the performance of specialist teacher amounted 4.537 which means greater than t table 1.166. We can conclude that work motivation effect on the performance of a specialist teachers. While, the results of the f test is 15.011, which means greater than f table at 3.12. So, we can conclude that perception of principal managerial skills (X1) and work motivation (X2) affect the performance of a specialist teachers at SMP that provide inclusive education in Surabaya (Y).
