Pengaruh Budaya Disiplin Sekolah dan Komitmen Organisasi Terhadap Kepercayaan Masyarakat di SMA Al-Islam Krian

Peneltian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui adakah pengaruh budaya disiplin sekolah terhadap kepercayaan masyarakat, pengaruh komitmen organisasi terhadap kepercayaan masyarakat, serta pengaruh budaya disiplin sekolah dan komitmen organisasi terhadap kepercayaan masyarakat di SMA Al-Islam Krian. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif, yang terdiri dari 3 identifikasi masalah. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah guru beserta tenaga administrasi di SMA Al-Islam Krian sebanyak 83 orang. Penelitian ini menggunakan teknik sampling jenuh dengan jumlah sampel seluruh jumlah populasi yaitu 83 orang. Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini berupa angket dengan menggunakan skala likert, adapun angket tersebut adalah budaya disiplin sekolah, komitmen organisasi, dan kepercayaan masyarakat dengan skor minimal 1 dan skor maksimal 4. Dari hasil uji validasi dan reliabilitas diperoleh hasil yaitu pada angket sebanyak 77 pernyataan. Data yang diperoleh dari penelitian di uji persyaratan terlebih dahulu dengan uji normalitas, uji linieritas, uji multikolinieritas, uji heterokedastisitas, dan uji autokorelasi.

Hasil dari uji t dua sampel independen sebagai berikut: (1) Nilai t hitung budaya disiplin sekolah (X1) terhadap kepercayaan masyarakat (Y) adalah sebesar 3,428, yang berarti 3,428 lebih besar dari t tabel 1,990. Maka dapat disimpulkan variabel budaya disiplin sekolah (X1) berpengaruh terhadap kepercayaan masyarakat (Y) di SMA Al-Islam Krian. (2) Nilai t hitung komitmen organisasi (X2) terhadap kepercayaan masyarakat (Y) adalah sebesar 1,401, yang berarti 1,401 lebih kecil dari t tabel 1,990. Maka dapat disimpulkan variabel komitmen organisasi (X2) tidak berpengaruh terhadap kepercayaan masyarakat (Y) di SMA Al-Islam Krian. Sedangkan hail uji f yakni diperoleh hasil f hitung sebesar 8,854, yang berarti lebih besar dari f tabel sebesar 3,11. Maka dapat disimpulkan variabel budaya disiplin sekolah (X1) dan komitmen organisasi (X2) secara bersama-sama berpengaruh terhadap kepercayaan masyarakat di SMA Al-Islam Krian (Y).

Abstract

This research intended to investigate the influence of school punctuality culture, organizational commitment, and both, school punctuality culture as well as organizational commitment, to the public reliance at SMA Al-Islam of Krian. This research, therefore, employed quantitative approach, comprising three problem identifications. The population of this research constituted the teachers and administrational employees of SMA Al-Islam of Krian of which total was 83 persons. Saturated sampling technique was accommodated in this research to determine the whole population as the research sample. To collect the data, questionnaire, by means of Likert Scale, was used. Furthermore, the questionnaire was in regards to the school punctuality culture, organizational commitment, and the public reliance, of which scores were determined minimally from 1 to maximally 4. From the validation and reliability testing, 77 statements in total were attained. Technically, the number of requirements of the data collected from this research were initially examined by using test normality, linearity, multi-co-linearity, heteroscedasticity, and auto-correlation.

In accordance with t-test of the independent sample, the result was: (1) the score of the t-test of school punctuality culture (X1) to the public reliance (Y) signified 3.428,which meant that it was greater than t-table signifying 1.990. Therefore, it could be summed up that school punctuality culture (X1) influenced the public reliance (Y) at SMA Al-Islam of Krian; (2) the score of t-test of organizational commitment (X2) to the public reliance (Y)constituted 1.401, which meant that it was smaller than t-table, 1.990. Thus, it could be concluded that organizational commitment (X2) did not give any influence to the public reliance (Y) at SMA Al-Islam of Krian. Meanwhile, regarding f-test, the score attained was 8.854, which explicated that it was higher than f-table constituting 3.11. Thereafter, to sum up, the school punctuality culture (X1) and organizational commitment (X2) collectively influenced the public reliance (Y) at SMA Al-Islam of Krian.
