KEEFEKTIFAN PROGRAM PENGEMBANGAN KOMPETENSI FASILITATOR MELALUI TRAINING OF TRAINER DASAR PENDIDIK PAUD DI BP-PAUDNI REGIONAL II SURABAYA

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui seberapa efektif pelaksanaan Training of Tainer dalam mengembangkan kompetensi fasilitator. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode kuantitatif deskriptif dengan teknik analisis regresi sederhana, uji T parsial dan uji efektifitas. Sampel yang diambil sebanyak 40 orang pegawai di BP-PAUDNI Regional II yang telah melaksanakan Training of Trainer dasar dengan menggunakan teknik sampel jenuh.

Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa pelaksanaan Training of Trainer dasar berpengaruh secara bersama-sama terhadap pengembangan kompetensi fasilitator di BP-PAUDNI Regional II Surabaya. Hasil uji secara parsial menunjukkan berpengaruh pada tiap-tiap kompetensi fasilitator dengan nilai Thitung lebih besar daripada nilai Ttabel. Hasil uji efektifitas pada sub variabel kompetensi pengelolaan pembelajaran mendapat prosentase sebesar 81,6% masuk dalam kategori efektif, kompetensi kepribadian sebesar 75,3% masuk dalam kategori cukup efekif, kompetensi sosial 80,6% masuk ketegori efektif dan kompetensi substantifsebesar 86,3% juga kategori efektif.

Abstract

The research was to find out how effective the implementation of the Training of Trainer to develop the competency of facilitator. Descriptive quantitative was as the method by using employed simple regression analysis, partial T test and effectiveness test. The samples were 40 employees of BP-PAUDNI Regional II Surabaya who had done the basic Training of Trainer using saturated sampling technique.
The result showed that the implementation of basic Training of Trainer by collectively had an effect towardthe development of facilitator competences in BP- PAUDNI Regional II Surabaya. Therefore the result of partial test confirmed that Training of Trainer influences toward each of facilitator’s competence where Tvalue > Ttable. Meanwhile, the result of effectiveness test in sub variable of learning management competence got 81.6% which categorized as effective, personal competence was 75.3% which categorized as quite effective, social competence was 80.6% which categorized as effective and substantive competencies got 86.3 % which categorized as effective.
