Data analysis of the reseacrh uses double regression and T tests.Based on the results of data analysis T test influence in partially at variable interpersonal comunication of The Principal gained significant value 0.014<0.05, it means there is a significant influence on performance of the teachers. While the results data for variable work motivation gained significant value 0.064>0.05, then this means that there is no effect on the performance of teachers. The analysis of the double the regression equation table, known value of F is 5,874 and obtained 0.004 in significant value. This Significant value is smaller than the alpha value, 0.5, so H0 is rejected and thus H1 is accepted.
