Pengaruh Kompetensi Pedagogik Guru dan Motivasi Belajar terhadap Prestasi Siswa di SMP IT AT-Taqwa

Pengaruh kompetensi pedagogik guru terhadap prestasi siswa di SMP IT AT-Taqwa Surabaya, pengaruh motivasi belajar terhadap prestasi prestasi siswa di SMP IT AT-Taqwa Surabaya, serta pengaruh kompetensi pedagogik guru dan motivasi belajar terhadap prestasi siswa di SMP IT AT-Taqwa Surabaya. Penelitian ini menggunakan data primer berupa instrumen. Sampel penelitan berjumlah 148 responden yang seluruhnya merupakan peserta didik yang masih aktif di SMP IT AT-Taqwa Surabaya. Instrumen pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini adalah observasi, kuesioner dan dokumentasi. Analisis regresi yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi berganda karena penelitian ini menggunakan dua atau lebih variabel independen. Data hasil penelitian kemudian dianalisis dengan metode regresi linear berganda menggunakan program spss 21.0. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa analisis regresi linear berganda diperoleh persamaan Y = 44,062 + 0.299 + 0,313 (kompetensi pedagogic guru) (motivasi belajar siswa), (prestasi siswa) Y. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial, variabel kompetensi pedagogik guru berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap prestasi siswa. Demikian halnya dengan variabel motivasi belajar yang juga berpengaruh secara positif dan signifikan terhadap prestasi siswa. Selanjutnya, secara simultan, kompetensi pedagogik guru dan motivasi belajar siswa secara bersama – sama berpengaruh terhadap prestasi prestasi siswa di SMP IT AT-Taqwa Surabaya sebesar 77,1 %. Untuk meningkatkan prestasi siswa di SMP IT AT-Taqwa Surabaya, perlu diperhatikan factor – faktor yang mempengaruhi prestasi akademik seperti kompetensi pedagogik guru dan motivasi belajar siswa.

Abstract

The influence of teachers pedagogic competence on student achievement in AT-Taqwa Integrated Islamic Junior High School Surabaya, the influence of learning motivation on student achievement in AT-Taqwa Integrated Islamic Junior High School Surabaya, as well as the influence of teachers pedagogic competence and learning motivation on student achievement in junior high school Integrated Islam AT-Taqwa Surabaya. This study uses primary data in the form of instruments. Samples of research were 148 respondents, all of whom were students who were still active in the Surabaya AT-Taqwa Integrated Islamic Junior High School. Data collection instruments in this study were observation, questionnaires and documentation. Regression analysis used is multiple regression analysis because this study uses two or more independent variables. The results of the research data were then analyzed using multiple linear regression method using SPSS 21.0. The results showed that multiple linear regression analysis obtained equations Y = 44,062 + 0.299 + 0.313 (teachers pedagogic competence) , (student learning motivation) , (student achievement) Y. The results showed that partially, the teachers pedagogic competence variables had a positive and significant effect on student achievement. Likewise with learning motivation variables which also have a positive and significant effect on student achievement. Furthermore, simultaneously, the teachers pedagogic competency and student learning motivation together influence the achievement of students in the Integrated Islamic Junior High School AT-Taqwa Surabaya at 77.1%. To improve student achievement in Surabayas Integrated AT-Taqwa Junior High School, it is necessary to pay attention to factors that influence academic achievement such as teachers pedagogic competence and student learning motivation.
