Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan (1) Transformasi visi, misi dan nilai-nilai ke dalam perencanaan program sekolah, (2) Transformasi manajemen pendidikan karakter berbasis Budaya Sekolah Islami (BuSI), (3) Faktor pendukung dan penghambat dalam transformasi manajemen pendidikan karakter berbasis Budaya Sekolah Islami (BuSI) di SDIT Qurrota A’yun Ponorogo. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode deskriptif. Subyek penelitian ini terdiri dari kepala sekolah, wakil kepala sekolah bidang kesiswaan, pembina program BuSI, guru Pendidikan Agama Islam (PAI), dan anggota BuSI. Adapun teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan observasi partisipasi pasif, wawancara mendalam, dokumentasi serta gabungan triangulasi sumber dan kondensasi data, penyajian data, dan verivikasi data. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa; (1) Perencanaan program sekolah di SDIT Qurrota A’yun Ponorogo dibentuk berdasarkan visi, misi sekolah yang selanjutnya dikembangkan untuk menetapkan tujuan jangka panjang. Selanjutnya dibentuk sepuluh jaminan kualitas yang dikembangkan kedalam perencanaan program disesuaikan dan disesuaikan dengan setiap jenjang kelas.(2) Transformasi manajemen pendidikan karakter berbasis Budaya Sekolah Islami (BuSI) dibangun melalui pembiasaan kegiatan sholat berjamaah. Tujuannya untuk membentuk karakter peserta didik yang berkepribadian islami, berprestasi optimal, kreatif, dan mandiri. (3) Faktor pendukung dalam transformasi manajemen pendidikan karakter berbasis BuSI yaitu adanya dukungan dari civitas sekolah dan stake holder, pendidik memahami pentingnya nilai-nilai karakter religius islami, lingkungan religius di sekolah yang mendukung. Faktor penghambat transformasi manajemen pendidikan karakter berbasis BuSI yaitu kurang maksimal dalam afirmasi dan juga administrasi, motivasi intern dari peserta didik yang fluktuatif, perawatanperlengkapan seperti rompi BuSI dan buku catatan BuSI yang kurang terawat.

Abstract

The research’s puposes describe : (1) Transformation of vision, mission and values ​​into school program planning, (2) Transformation of character education management based on Islamic School Culture (BuSI), (3) supporting and inhibiting factors in the transformation of character education management based on Islamic School Culture (BuSI) at SDIT Qurrota Ayun Ponorogo. This study uses a qualitative approach with descriptive methods. The subject of this study consisted of school principals, vice principals in student affairs, coaches of the BuSI program, Islamic Religious Education (PAI) teachers, and BuSI members. The data collection technique uses passive participation observation, in-depth interviews, documentation and a combination of source triangulation and data condensation, data presentation, and data verification. The results of this study indicate that; (1) The planning of the school program in the Qurrota A’yun Ponorogo SDIT was formed based on the vision, school mission which was then developed to set long-term goals. Furthermore, ten quality guarantees developed into program planning were adjusted and adapted to each grade level. (2) Transformation of character education management based on Islamic School Culture (BuSI) was built through habituation of congregational prayer activities. The aim is to shape the character of students who are Islamic personalities, achieving optimal, creative, and independent. (3) supporting factors in the transformation of character education management based on BuSI, the support of the school community and stakeholders, educators understand the importance of Islamic religious character values, the religious environment in schools that support. Inhibiting factors for the transformation of character education managemen t basedon BuSI is the affirmations and administration is not maximal yet, internal motivation of students is fluctuating, maintenance of equipment such as BuSI vests and BuSI notebooks that are less well maintained.
