PENGARUH MOTIVASI KERJA DAN BUDAYA ORGANISASI TERHADAP KINERJA GURU DI LEMBAGA PENDIDIKAN AT-TAQWA SURABAYA

Abstract

Abstrak

Penelitian bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh motivasi kerja, budaya organisasi, motivasi kerja dan budaya organisasi terhadap kinerja guru di Lembaga Pendidikan At-Taqwa Surabaya. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan sampel 83 responden. Data di analisis menggunakan program SPSS 21.0. Berdasarkan hasil analisis data pada uji T variabel motivasi kerja secara parsial berpengaruh terhadap variabel kinerja guru sebesar 0,000, serta variabel budaya organisasi secara parsial berpengaruh terhadap variabel kinerja guru sebesar 0,037. pada uji F menunjukkan nilai F hitung sebesar 14,267. Nilai signifikan variabel motivasi kerja dan budaya organisasi terhadap kinerja guru yang diperoleh adalah sebesar 0,000. Nilai signifikan ini lebih kecil dari nilai alpha yaitu 0,05 dengan demikian H0 ditolak dan H1 diterima, artinya motivasi kerja dan budaya organisasi secara bersama-sama berpengaruh terhadap kinerja guru di Lembaga Pendidikan At-Taqwa Surabaya. Adapun besarnya pengaruh motivasi kerja dan budaya organisasi terhadap kinerja guru yaitu sebesar 26,3%.

Abstract

The purpose of this research to find out the influence of work motivation, organizational culture, work motivation and organization culture on teacher performance at At-Taqwa Educational Institutions Of Surabaya. This study uses a quantitative method with a sample of 83 respondents, namely all teachers at the At-Taqwa Foundation Surabaya. The research data was analyzed using the SPSS 21.0 program. Based on the results of data analysis on the T test the variable work motivation partially affects the teacher performance variables by 0,000, and organizational culture variables partially affect the teacher performance variables by 0.037. in the F test shows the Fcount value is 14.267. Significant value of work motivation and organizational culture variables on teacher performance obtained is equal to 0,000. This significant value is smaller than the alpha value of 0.05, thus H0 is rejected and H1 is accepted, meaning that work motivation and organizational culture together influence the performance of teachers at At-Taqwa Educational Institutions Of Surabaya.. The magnitude of the influence of work motivation and organizational culture on teacher performance is equal to 26.3%.
