EVALUASI PROGRAM SCHOOL FARMING DI SMPN 3 SURABAYA

Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan tujuan untuk mengevaluasi dan mengetahui keberhasilan program School Farming yang ada di SMP Negeri 3 Surabaya. Setiap sekolah memiliki program yang bertujuan untuk meningkatkan mutu dan kualitas sekolah. Selain itu, dalam perencanaan sebuah program perlu memperhatikan aspek-aspek perencanaan sehingga program yang dibuat dapat sesuai dengan tujuan yang telah ditetapkan dan kebutuhan sekolah. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian evaluasi dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Dengan Teknik pengumpulan data yaitu Observasi, Wawancara Dan Studi Dokumentasi. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode CIPP (Context, Input, Process, Product). Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa evaluasi program School Farming dengan metode CIPP sebagai berikut, 1) evaluasi context, program school farming di smp negeri 3 suarabaya memiliki sarana dan prasarana yang mendukung pelaksanaan program, 2) evaluasi input, program berjalan dengan baik, baik dari segi peserta didik, struktur organisasi, serta sarana dan prasarana, 3) evaluasi proses, proses implementasi program berjalan dengan baik dapat mencapai tujuan dari program ini, 4) evaluasi product, program berhasil berjalan dengan baik, dengan menghasilkan output pengalaman & pengetahuan peserta didik, serta menghasilkan produk fisik berupa sayuran organic.

Abstract

This research was conducted with the aim of evaluating and knowing the success of the School Farming program in SMP Negeri 3 Surabaya. Each school has a program that aims to improve the quality and quality of the school. In addition, in planning a program it is necessary to pay attention to aspects of planning so that the program created can be in accordance with the goals that have been set and the needs of the school. This study uses an evaluation research method with a qualitative approach. With data collection techniques, namely observation, interviews and documentation studies. The research method used in this study uses the CIPP method (Context, Input, Process, Product). The results of this study indicate that the evaluation of the School Farming program using the CIPP method is as follows, 1) evaluation of the context, the school farming program at SMP Negeri 3 Suarabaya has facilities and infrastructure that support program implementation, 2) input evaluation, the program is running well, both from in terms of students, organizational structure, as well as facilities and infrastructure, 3) process evaluation, the program implementation process goes well to achieve the goals of this program, 4) product evaluation, the program works well, by producing output of experience & knowledge of students, as well as produce physical products in the form of organic vegetables.
