Pengaruh Manajemen Kelas dan Kompetensi Pedagogik Guru Terhadap Iklim Pembelajaran di SMPN 16 dan SMPN 24 Surabaya

Abstract

Abstrack: This research is a type of quantitative statistical research using a research design consisting of independent variables and dependent variables. The independent variable consists of X₁ and X₂, and the dependent variable Y. This study aims to find the effect of variable X₁ with Y, namely classroom management on learning climate, and to find the relationship between X₂ with Y, namely teacher pedagogical competence on learning climate, as well as the relationship between X₁ and X₂ with Y, namely the effect of classroom management and teacher pedagogical competence on learning climate at SMPN 16 and SMPN 24 Surabaya. In addition, to find out the description of classroom management, teacher pedagogical competence, and learning climate in schools. The subjects in this study were 8th grade students of SMPN 16 and SMPN 24 Surabaya. The hypothesis of this research data analysis is that H0 is rejected and H1 is accepted. This shows that the classic assumption test that has been carried out by researchers shows that the data is normally distributed and has an effect but not significant, which is 46.8%.

Abstrak: Penelitian ini merupakan jenis penelitian statistik kuantitatif dengan menggunakan rancangan penelitian yang terdiri dari variabel independen dan variabel dependen. Variabel independen terdiri dari  dan , dan variabel dependen Y. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mencari pengaruh variabel  dengan Y yaitu manajemen kelas terhadap iklim pembelajaran, dan mencari hubungan antara  dengan Y yaitu kompetensi pedagogik guru terhadap iklim pembelajaran, serta hubungan  dan  dengan Y yaitu pengaruh manajemen kelas dan kompetensi pedagogik guru terhadap iklim pembelajaran di SMPN 16 dan SMPN 24 Surabaya. Selain itu untuk mengetahui gambaran manajemen kelas, kompetensi pedagogik guru, dan iklim pembelajaran di sekolah. Subjek pada penelitian ini yaitu siswa kelas 8 SMPN 16 dan SMPN 24 Surabaya. Hipotesis dari analisis data penelitian ini yaitu H₀ ditolak dan H₁ diterima. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa uji asumsi klasik yang sudah dilakukan peneliti menunjukkan data berdistribusi normal dan berpengaruh tetapi tidak signifikan, yaitu sebesar 46,8%.
