IMPLENTASI SISTEM MANAJEMEN MUTU ISO 9001:2015 DI SMK NEGERI 1 SURABAYA

Abstract

This study objective to describe Implementation in System Quality of Management ISO 9001:2015 at State Vocational High School 1 Surabaya. This study used a qualitative approach with a documentation study research design . The data collection technique for this research was through interviews, observation, and documentation studies with data analysis techniques using data condensation, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. Research location in SMK Negeri Surabaya by collecting data to school management. The research results show that 1) SMKN 1 Surabaya has determined, documented, implemented and maintained Quality Management System ISO 9001:2015 and continuously improve its quality in accordance with standard requirements Quality Management System ISO 9001:2015; 2) Implementation in System Quality of Management ISO 9001:2015 at SMK Negeri 1 Surabaya including demand and customer satisfaction surveys to stakeholders, carry out work plans, exercise control through internal audits, RTM, and external audit controls by PT. Global Certification ISO; 3) The role of Top Management at implementation in System Quality of Management ISO 9001:2015 is to control the implementation of ISO standardization through coordination with WMM and play a role in driving all management functions in schools.
