PENGARUH BUDAYA ORGANISASI SEKOLAH DAN KESIAPAN BELAJAR TERHADAP HASIL BELAJAR SISWA DI SMA LABORATORIUM PERCONTOHAN UPI BANDUNG
Abstract
This study aims to analyze the influence of school organizational culture and learning readiness on student learning outcomes at the SMA Labschool UPI Bandung, both partially and simultaneously. The research employs a quantitative methodology, further elaborated through descriptive analysis. The data analysis techniques utilized include multiple linear regression analysis, T-test, and F-test. The data obtained were processed statistically using SPSS version 25 for Windows. The research sample comprised 220 students from the SMA Labschool UPI Bandung. The independent variables in this study are school organizational culture and learning readiness, while the dependent variable is student learning outcomes. The results of this study indicate that: (1) School organizational culture has a positive and significant effect on student learning outcomes; (2) Learning readiness has a positive and significant effect on student learning outcomes; (3) School organizational culture and learning readiness simultaneously influence student learning outcomes.
