Abstract

The creation of a conducive and quality PMS is inseparable from the perceptions and attitudes of students during the implementation of PMS. It is necessary to have services that can encourage the creation of conduciveness in the implementation of PMS. One of the indicators of PMS service assessment has been running well, namely through student perceptions and attitudes which certainly have an impact on the quality of PMS implementation. This study aims to describe the level of student perceptions of PMS, the level of student attitudes towards PMS, the level of quality of PMS implementation and test whether there is a relationship between student perceptions and the quality of PMS implementation, whether there is a relationship between student attitudes and the quality of PMS implementation, whether there is a relationship between perceptions and student attitudes with the quality of PMS implementation. This study uses a quantitative approach with descriptive inferential research methods. The population and saturated sample technique were taken from all MP FIP UNG students as many as 77 respondents. The results of this study indicate that the level of student perceptions of PMS is still in the moderate category with a frequency value of 51, the level of student attitudes towards PMS is still in the moderate category with a frequency of 44, and the level of quality of PMS implementation is also in the moderate category with a frequency of 44. In addition, there is also a positive and significant relationship between student perceptions and the quality of PMS implementation, there is a positive and significant relationship between student attitudes and the quality of PMS implementation, there is a strong simultaneous and significant relationship between student perceptions and attitudes and the quality of PMS implementation.
