Implementasi Program The Twin School Class Dalam Membentuk Citra Lembaga (Studi Kasus di SMAN 2 Mataram)

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui, menganalisis dan mendeskripsikan mengenai (1) Profil program The Twin School Class di SMAN 2 Mataram. (2) Implementasi program The Twin School Class Mataram di SMAN 2. (3) Penyebaran program The Twin School Class ke Masyarakat. (4) Bentuk luaran dari program The Twin School Class SMAN 2 Mataram. Penelitian studi kasus dengan menggunakan teknik observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Penelitian ini menggunakan teknik analisis data dengan kondensasi data, penyajian data dan penarikan kesimpulan. Uji keabsahan data yang digunakan adalah uji kredibilitas dengan triangulasi sumber dan member check, uji transferbilitas, uji dependabilitas, dan uji konfirmabilitas. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa (1) program The Twin School Class merupakan program unggulan SMAN 2 Mataram berupa pertukaran pelajar yang bekerjasama dengan Christian College Geolong Australia yang telah dilaksanakan sejak 1995. (2) Implementasi program The Twin School Class dimulai dari perencanaan, pengorganisasian, pelaksanaan dan evaluasi. Memiliki lima program kerja yaitu kelas pembinaan, Field Study& Outbound, Life Skill, serta Student exchange . terdapat tiga evaluasi program yaitu evaluasi hasil akademik siswa, evaluasi toefl, dan evaluasi kehadiran siswa. (3) Penyebaran program dilaksanakan dengan komunikasi formal dan nonformal melalui media sosial, website, sosialisasi, dan review alumni. (4) luaran program berupa kerjasama dengan intansi pendidikan dan pemerintahan, pengembangan kemampuan akademik, sosial dan emosional siswa, potensi dan jaringan relasi, serta terbentuknya reputasi sekolah.

Abstract
This research aims to know, analyze and describe (1) Profile of The Twin School Class program at SMAN 2 Mataram. (2) Implementation of The Twin School Class program at SMAN 2 Mataram. (3) Dissemination of The Twin School Class program to the community. (4) The output of The Twin School Class program at SMAN 2 Mataram. Case study research using observation, interview and documentation techniques. This research uses data analysis techniques with data condensation, data presentation and conclusion drawing. The data validity test used is credibility test with source triangulation and member check, transferability test, dependability test, and confirmability test. The results of this study indicate that (1) The Twin School Class program is a superior program of SMAN 2 Mataram in the form of student exchange in collaboration with Christian College Geolong Australia which has been implemented since 1995. (2) The implementation of The Twin School Class program starts from planning, organizing, implementing and evaluating. It has five work programs namely coaching class, Field Study& Outbound, Life Skills, and Student exchange. There are three program evaluations namely evaluation of student academic results, toefl evaluation, and student attendance evaluation. (3) Program dissemination is carried out by formal and non-formal communication through social media, websites, socialization, and alumni reviews. (4) The output of the program is in the form of cooperation with educational institutions and the government. development of students' academic, social and emotional skills, potential and network relationships, and the establishment of school reputation.
