MANAJEMEN PENDIDIKAN AKUNTANSI MELALUI PROGRAM BANK MINI DALAM MENDUKUNG PENGUATAN KOMPETENSI SISWA DI SMK NEGERI 1 NGAWI
Abstract
This study aims to analyze accounting education management through the Mini Bank program in supporting the strengthening of student competencies at SMK Negeri 1 Ngawi. The focus of the study includes the functions of planning, organizing, implementing, and supervising in the context of vocational learning. This study uses a qualitative method with analysis methods by Miles, Huberman, and Saldana with theory from George R. Terry. Data collection techniques were conducted through in-depth interviews, participatory observation, and documentation. Informants in this study included the Principal, Program Head, Mini Bank Director, Mini Bank Officer, Banking Teacher, and Students. The results showed that planning was based on a vision of aligning graduate competencies with industry needs. The organization has provided space for students to apply professional roles under the guidance of productive teachers. The implementation of the practice has applied an in-depth curriculum approach that assists in solving technical banking problems. Supervision has been carried out through a transparent reporting system and periodic evaluations. The conclusion of this study is that Mini Bank management has been able to significantly integrate to strengthen the practical and technical competencies of Accounting students.
