The background of this research is the importance of having an efficient and integrated system to manage campus facilities in the context of the digital business program. The objectives of this study are to identify key issues in campus facility management, design a system that meets the needs of the digital business program, and test the successful implementation of the system. The research methodology includes system requirement analysis through primary and secondary data collection, identification and documentation of campus facility management processes, and system requirement analysis. The system design approach used is the Waterfall method, with sequential and structured development steps, incorporating several techniques: (1) use case diagrams and scenarios, (2) Sequence diagrams, (3) Activity diagrams. The results of this research include an integrated system design, including database design, intuitive user interface, and features such as facility registration, reservation, and availability monitoring. The system also allows students to submit repair requests and report facility damages. This research concludes that by implementing a facility management application system, the digital business program for students can be more efficient in managing campus facilities. This system enables real-time monitoring of facility availability, speeds up the reservation process, and improves responsiveness to repair requests.

2023-12-31T00:00:00+00:00##submission.copyrightStatement##https://ejournal.unesa.ac.id/index.php/jdbim/article/view/57674ANALISIS PENGGUNAAN TEKNOLOGI ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE TERHADAP PRODUKTIVITAS AKADEMIK MAHASISWA2024-01-01T08:04:50+00:00Ella Rosediana Putriellarsdn@gmail.comDwi Indah Lestianidwi@gmail.comNisya Kayla Putri Anindranisya@gmail.comAqeela Istighfarin Yarboaqeela@gmail.comAtika Naylatan Syirfaatika@gmail.comRenny Sari Dewirennydewi@unesa.ac.id
Millennial students, born between 1981-1996, are often considered a generation that is sophisticated in technology, but is also faced with several challenges. They tend to rely too much on technology, lack initiative in completing tasks themselves, are distracted by many distractions, and are susceptible to health problems. Apart from that, social and environmental factors also influence their thinking patterns and interactions. In the educational context, the practice of assignment jockeying and plagiarism are serious issues. This research emerged as a response to developments in Artificial Intelligence (AI) technology, such as ChatGPT generation 3 from OpenAI, which can be expected to address the problems of task jockeying and plagiarism. The aim of this research is to scientifically examine the potential of AI in combating dishonest academic practices because no previous research has investigated the correlation between the use of AI and overcoming student assignment jockeying and plagiarism. In the world of education, assignment jockeying and plagiarism are serious problems that can undermine academic integrity. Utilizing Artificial Intelligence (AI) technology, such as ChatGPT from OpenAI, can be an interesting solution to address this problem. Therefore, this research aims to scientifically prove through research the enthusiasm of students in (a) doing coursework using AI without worrying about plagiarism and (b) being able to eradicate assignment jockeys.
2023-12-31T00:00:00+00:00##submission.copyrightStatement##https://ejournal.unesa.ac.id/index.php/jdbim/article/view/57960FINTECH FOR SDGS: DRIVING ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT THROUGH FINANCIAL INNOVATION2023-12-31T11:31:59+00:00Dwi Yoga Wicaksanadwiyoga@gmail.com
This research delves into the pivotal role of Financial Technology (FinTech) in advancing the financial sector, sustainable development, and financial inclusion. Employing a descriptive-qualitative approach and the systematic literature review (SLR) method, the study investigates FinTech's interplay with Sustainable Development, Financial Inclusion, and Economic Development globally. A meticulous Scopus search utilizing keywords like "Fintech," "SDGs," "Financial Inclusion," and "Economic Development" ensures a thorough review of pertinent literature. The results underscore FinTech's substantial impact on Sustainable Development, Financial Inclusion, and Economic Development, acting as a crucial catalyst for financial inclusion and mediating sustainable growth through financial literacy. Furthermore, FinTech exhibits the potential to underpin sustainable economic growth, financial inclusion, and Economic Development by enhancing financial service accessibility, reducing poverty, and fostering gender equality. Challenges persist, particularly in the Pacific region, where issues of accessibility, awareness, literacy, and trust impede FinTech adoption. The study advocates for awareness campaigns, financial education, and infrastructure development to surmount these obstacles. In conclusion, while FinTech significantly influences financial inclusion and economic growth, its broader impact on Sustainable Development, Financial Inclusion, and Economic Development necessitates careful consideration. The research emphasizes the imperative for interdisciplinary collaboration, global cooperation, and vigilant strategies to address challenges and leverage opportunities arising from the rapid integration of digital financial services for inclusive and sustainable Economic Development.
2023-12-31T07:24:40+00:00##submission.copyrightStatement##https://ejournal.unesa.ac.id/index.php/jdbim/article/view/57580IMPLEMENTASI MANAJEMEN KEAMANAN INFORMASI BERBASIS ISO 27001 PADA SISTEM INFORMASI AKADEMIK2023-12-31T11:32:24+00:00Agnes Intan Mafianaagnesintanmafiana@gmail.comLuthfiah Hanumluthfiah@gmail.comHanifah Mufidatul Ilmihanifah@gmail.comSilvani Febrilianisilvani@gmail.com
The implementation of data security in academic systems is crucial to protect highly
sensitive student, faculty, and administrative information.
