Therefore, it becomes essential for an organization to have a strategy formulated around its manufacturing unit. A manufacturing unit is where all inputs, such as raw materials, equipment, and skilled labor, come together and manufacture products for customers. One of the most critical factors determining the success of the manufacturing unit is the location.Factory location determination is a business-critical strategic decision. Several factors determine the factory's location: competition, cost, and corresponding associated effects. The factory location is a scientific process utilizing various techniques. This study aims to analyze the factors for choosing the location of PT. XYZ, a probiotic drink factory in Indonesia, to give some knowledge and managerial contribution to operational management studies. This study uses a descriptive qualitative method. The data collection method is collecting primary and secondary data such as the company's website, public research, and observation about factory location selection. Bed Occupancy Rate (BOR) shows the productivity of using inpatient beds and can also show the performance of the hospital staff. The BOR rate in the inpatient unit of RS X in 2020-2022 was below the ideal rate of 60-85%. This study aims to measure the performance of the inpatient unit of RS X based on the seven Malcolm Baldrige criteria. This type of research is descriptive research with a </span><span lang="EN-US">cross-sectional</span><span lang="id"> approach. The population in this research is all nurses of the inpatient unit of X Hospital which amounted to 201 people. The sample was taken using simple random sampling method and calculated the proportion of each room with a sample size of 138 people. Data were collected using a questionnaire consisting of 49 statements.</span> <span lang="id">The results of the study obtained a percentage of achievement based on the Malcolm Baldrige score on leadership criteria of 85.25%, strategic planning criteria of 84.0%, customer focus criteria of 86.94%, PAMP criteria of 82.89%, human resource focus criteria of 84.94%, operational focus criteria of 85.88%, and results criteria of 83.58%.</span> <span lang="id">Overall performance achievements based on the seven Malcolm Baldrige criteria are in the excellent level 2 category, except for the measurement, analysis, and knowledge management criteria which are in the excellent level 1 category. In an increasingly competitive era, entrepreneurship has become crucial in harnessing students' potential to create job opportunities and drive economic growth. This application is designed to facilitate collecting, processing and analysing data related to student entrepreneurship across various universities. Integrated and systematic data management will assist educational institutions in monitoring the progress of student entrepreneurship, identifying trends and patterns, and taking strategic measures to support entrepreneurial activities. Key features of this application include student entrepreneurship registration, collection of individual and business profile data, document archiving, and the generation of entrepreneurship reports and analysis. Students can register themselves as entrepreneurs and provide information about their ongoing or past business ventures. Faculty, counsellors, and other relevant parties can then utilise this data to provide appropriate guidance, training, and support.&nbsp;Furthermore, the application provides various data analysis and visualization tools, aiding in identifying untapped business trends and opportunities. Information regarding business types, success rates, and challenges student entrepreneurs face will provide valuable insights to universities in developing curricula, programs, and entrepreneurship development activities.
