Abstract

This Efficiency is the ability of an organization to get the job done correctly, and the calculation of the ratio between input and output. This study uses non-parametric DEA to banks in IDX 2007-2010, to analyze its efficiency. With input demand deposits, savings deposits, savings deposits, and the number of employees, and the output of investment loans, working capital loans, and consumer loans. Study sample as many as 13 banks, three state-owned banks and 10 private banks nationwide, with sampling methods using purposive sampling, the results did not achieve efficiency 6 banks, 2 state banks and private banks 6. From these results private banks achieve higher levels of efficiency than the banks.
