PT. COCA-COLA DISTRIBUTION INDONESIA,

SURABAYA

 

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis peran komitmen sebagai variabel intervening antara kepuasan kerja dan organizational citizenship bahavior. Sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 30 karyawan PT Coca-cola Distribution Indonesia, Surabaya. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah Structural Equation Model Partial Least Square dengan bantuan software SmartPLS versi 3.0.

Teknik penggalian data menggunakan kuesioner dan wawancara. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa kepuasan kerja tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap organizational citizenship bahavior (OCB). Kepuasan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap komitmen organisasi. Komitmen organisasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap organizational citizenship bahavior (OCB). Dan Komitmen organisasi memediasi pengaruh antara kepuasan kerja dan organizational citizenship bahavior (OCB).

The purpose of this study was to analyze the role of organizational commitment as mediating variabels of job satisfaction and organizational citizenship bahavior (OCB). The sample used in this study amounted to 30 employees in PT Coca-cola Distribution Indonesia, Surabaya. Data Analysis technique used in Structural Equation Model Partial Least Square with the help of software SmartPLS versi 3.0.

Data collecting technique using questioner and interview. The results showed that job satisfaction has not significant influence on organizational citizenship bahavior (OCB). Job satisfaction has positive influensce on organizational commitment. Organizational commitment has positive influence on organizational citizenship bahavior (OCB). And organizational commitment mediates relationship between job satisfaction and organizational citizenship bahavior (OCB).
