ABSTRAK

Persaingan bisnis yang semakin ketat menjadi tantangan bagi seluruh perusahaan. Kualitas menjadi kekuatan bagi perusahaan tetap bertahan. Oleh karena itu penerapan Total Quality Management beserta suatu budaya kualitas diharapkan perusahaan mampu meningkatkan daya saing untuk dapat mewujudkan tujuan yang diharapkan.

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis pengaruh implementasi Total Quality Management tehadap budaya kualitas serta dampaknya terhadap kinerja organisasi. Responden penelitian ini adalah karyawan tingkat manajer hingga operator produksi berjumlah 87 karyawan. Sampel yang digunakan adalah probabilty sampling yaitu stratified random sampling. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis dengan pendekatan alternatif Partial Least Square (PLS) SmartPLS 3.0 M3. Hasil penelitian menjelaskan implementasi Total Quality Management berpengaruh signifikan terhadap budaya kualitas, Total Quality Management berpengaruh tidak signifikan terhadap kinerja organisasi, budaya kualitas berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja organisasi, dan Total Quality Management berpengaruh tidak signifikan terhadap kinerja organisasi melalui budaya kualitas.

ABSTRACT

Basically business competition in Indonesia has experienced the development of business, so it needs the processing of carefully to produce products and services with quality of being competitive, one through the management of human resources by applying the total quality management and quality culture to increase of the company performance. The purpose of this research is to analyze the influence of the application of total quality management on the quality culture and impact of the performance of organization. Respondents at this research are employees manager level up to operators of production so get 87 people.The samples used in research is probability samples with stratified random sampling techniques. The data analysis technique that is used is a method of analysis with alternative structural equation modelling (SEM) with alternative approach least partial square (PLS) with the help of software smartpls 3.0 m3.

The results of research explain the application of total quality management positive impact and significantly to quality culture, total quality management positive impact and not significantly to organizational performance, the application of quality culture influential positive and significant impact on the organizational performance. And the application of total quality management positive impact and significantly on the organizational performance through the application of quality culture.
