KONTRIBUSI LINGKUNGAN KERJA DAN MOTIVASI KERJA TERHADAP KARYAWAN BAGIAN PRODUKSI DI PT. PETROCENTRAL

Abstract

This research aims to discuss the contribution of the work environment and work motivation on employee performance of production at PT . Petrocentral. The sampling technique using universal sampling method. Total population is the production employees at PT . Petrocentral totaling 84 employees were used as a sample. The instrument of this reseacrh using multiple linear regression analysis with PSAW Statistics 20 software. The results showed that the working environment has a negative influence on employee performance . Work motivation has a positive influence on employee performance. Work environment and work motivation simultaneously have a positive influence on employee performance.
