Abstract

The effect of competition between company or organization can’t be avoided. That present a challenge for any company to maintain exisistance. Human resource is an important asset in company or organization as a powering to achieve the goals of company or organization. Similiarly, priority of PT. Adib Global Food Supplies is the best quality and service for customers and also committed to always provide I supply good quality products, keep on time delivery, with competitive price and supported by professional human resources, so that ready to serve customers need any time. Transformational leadership to apply in company or organization is affect performance of employees. On of the high lights is the dedication of employees to the company as well as regulations are not lating for work, to complete the task on time, report to the supervisor if there are problem at work and trying to give satisfaction to the customers. This is intended of vision and mission can be realized.

 Subject of this research is all employees at PT. Adib Global Food Supplies that using saturation sampling amount 35 employees. Data analysis technique using Structural Equition Modeling (SEM) test with the help of software Smart PLS 2.0.

The results showed that transformational leadership has no significant effect on employee performance, positive significant effect of transformational leadership on adhocracy culture, adhocracy culture has a significant positive effect on employee performance and leadership transformasional no significant effect on employee performance is mediated by the culture of the organization.
