Pengaruh Lingkungan Kerja Fisik dan Lingkungan Kerja Non Fisik terhadap Stres Kerja dan Dampaknya Terhadap Kinerja(Studi Pada Kantor Bersama Samsat Mojokerto Kota)

Sistem Administrasi Manunggal Satu Atap(disingkatSamsat), atau dalam Bahasa InggrisOne Roof System, adalah suatu sistem administrasi yang dibentuk untuk memperlancar dan mempercepat pelayanan kepentingan masyarakat yang kegiatannya diselenggarakan dalam satu gedung. Contoh dari samsat adalah dalam pengurusan dokumen kendaraan bermotor.Samsat merupakan suatu sistem kerjasama secara terpadu antara Polri, Dinas Pendapatan Provinsi, dan PT. Jasa Raharja (Persero) dalam pelayanan untuk menerbitkan STNKdan Tanda Nomor Kendaraan Bermotor .

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menjelaskan pengaruh antara lingkungan kerja fisik, lingkungan kerja non fisik terhadap stres kerja dan kinerja karyawan. Penelitian ini adalah jenis penelitian kausal yang menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakanpurposive samplingdengan jumlah populasi 35 dansampel yaitu 32responden pada anggota satlantasyang bertugas di Kantor Bersama Samsat Mojokerto Kota. Analisis statistik yang digunakan adalah Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) dengan bantuan software smartPLS.

Hasil penelitian ini menjelaskan bahwa lingkungan kerja fisik berpengaruh negatif terhadap stres kerja.Lingkungan kerja non fisik berpengaruh negatif terhadap stres kerja. Lingkungan kerja fisik berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja. Lingkungan kerja non fisik berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja. Stres kerja berpengaruh negatif terhadap kinerja.

Abstract

Sistem Administrasi Manunggal Satu Atap (Samsat) is One-stop Corporate Administration System (abbreviated Samsat), (also called One Roof System) is a system of administration established to smoothen and fasten the service of public interests that its activities are held in one building. One of Samsat activity is managing motor vehicle’s documents. Samsat is a system of integrated cooperation between Police Department, Province Revenue Department and PT Jasa Raharja (Persero) in case of services for vehicle registration and publishes motor vehicle’s number.

This research aims to know and explain the influences between the physical work environment, non physical work environment to work stress and employee performance. This research is a type of causal research uses a quantitative approach. Sampling techniques uses purposive sampling. Total population is 35 and the sample is 32. The respondents are a member of traffic unit cops who work in Samsat Sharing Office of Mojokerto City. Statistical analysis uses the Partial Least Square (PLS) runned by software of smartPLS.

The results of this study explains that physical work environment has significant with effects negatively direction to stress. The non physical work environment has significant with effects negatively direction to stress. The physical work environment has a positive effect on performance. The non physical work environment has a positive effect on performance. Work stress has a negative effect to performance.
