PENGARUH KNOWLEDGE SHARING TERHADAP KINERJAKARYAWAN PADA PT. UMC CABANG BOJONEGORO
Abstract
Abstract Knowledge sharing a process to improve the performance of employees for reaching the goal of thecompany. PT. UMC (United Motors Center) Cabang Bojonegoro one of the 25 branches in East Java.Located at the Jl. Pattimura No.46A Bojonegoro. Moving in the field of motoring have network sales,servise, and sparepart, well managed by the branches and through the sub dealers. This study aims totest are knowledge sharing influential on the performance of employees in PT. Umc CabangBojonegoro. A sample of technique use a technique nonprobability sampling with the number of samples38 respondents. The analysis of the stastistik using aids SPSS 2.0. The results of research explained thatknowledge sharing influential significant against the performance of employees of 32%.
