Abstract

AbstractPT Terminal Teluk Lamong, Surabaya was established legalized by the Decree of the Minister of Law and Human Rights of the Republic of Indonesia dated March 13, 2014. Human resources influence productivity and to achieve company goals. Employees are expected to work optimally by doing job crafting and work engagement. In this study research examined the effect of job crafting on the employee performance of PT Terminal Teluk Lamong employees, Surabaya which was mediated by work engagement. The object of this research is at PT Terminal Teluk Lamong, Surabaya. with sample 57 using random sampling technique. Data analysis method in this study uses Partial Least Square (PLS). The result of this study is that there is no influence between job crafting on employee performance, job crafting has a significant positive effect on work engagement, work engagement has a significant positive effect on employee performance, and work engagement successfully mediates the relationship between job crafting and the employee performance of PT Terminal Teluk Lamong, Surabaya.
