PENGARUH EMPLOYEE ENGAGEMENT TERHADAP KINERJA KARYAWAN MELALUI KOMITMEN ORGANISASI (STUDI PADA DIVISI PRODUKSI PT. INDO PUTRA HARAPAN SUKSES MAKMUR)
Abstract
AbstractPT. Indo Putra Harapan Sukses Makmur is a company engaged industry raw crackers “uyel” or Palembang crakers. PT. Indo Putra Harapan Sukses Makmur has a vision Being the leading company of the best crackers in Indonesia. In this case required the support of the who have the skill anf capabilities. To address this case required the organizational commitment to each individual employee that is formed throught the employee engagement of PT. Indo Putra Harapan Sukses Makmur. This study to examine and analyze the influence of employee engagement on employee performance throught organizational commitment. This study is casually using a quantitative approach. The sampling technique using saturated sample number of 60 respondent and whole return. The statistical analyze used is Srtuctural Equation Modeling (SEM) with the help software SmartPLS. The result of this study explains that employee engagement has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Organizational commit ment has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Employee engagement has a positive and significant effect on organizational commitment. Organizational commitment not mediate the influence of employee engagement on employee performance.
